Well, the Targets in my area haven't gotten wii's in over a week. However, when I started watching the other items I noticed that they were getting PS3's, Zunes, etc. That gave me faith that itrackr would pick up the wii's when they got them. But there is that rogue Target that never seems to update for whatever reason. That's why I suggested looking at other items to see if Targets near you update for anything.

Also, if you are able to drive yourself, there is no reason that you have to use your zipcode. If there is a Target a little farther away that seems to update better, then change your zipcode in the preferences so that this Target is included in your area.

I actually have two itracker accounts with 2 different zipcodes, one that picks up stores to the west of me and another that picks up stores to the east.

I think there are shortages pretty much everywhere Ladies and Gents.

I talked to my buddy at Best Buy and he checked if and when there had been shipments 'round our district here in Minnesota, and there were none to any BB in the area.

I'm pretty confident that my Walmart is gonna receive shipments tomorrow because they were suppose to receive shipments of Wii's today, but didn't get any. So my Walmart is most likely to get them tomorrow, I'm also looking at Circuit City and Target in the San Diego area.

Hey, I asked the manager right when I got in the store. The kid was sitting there with his games getting them priced that whole time, even while I was getting rung up. And when the guy handed me the receipt, the kid's dad was like, "Look, see, SHE got a Wii." And I told him it was the last one but I had been hunting for it for a long time.

NOT A MONSTER.

It's not like I took it out of his hands. Besides, school started today for him, he doesn't need to be playing video games just yet.

I'm not sure. I read above that somebody thinks that the shipments go from west to east, but I think it's the other way around.

The box that my wii was delivered in did not have a mailing label from Nintendo (headquartered out west, of course). It sounds like a lot of the cities on the east coast got them yesterday and Texas seemed to be pretty big today. So I'm guessing they're moving their way westwards. When did stores around you get shipments last week?

I've had school today so i wasn't able to go searching for a wii...but when i got home around 4 i called TRU, Target, and Walmart...

TRU: The guy i talked to said that he had no idea when they were getting more b/c they didnt have any then i asked hime when was the last time they had them and he just laughed and hung up...i really wanted to go down there but i didnt have a ride...

Target: The guy in the electronics said he has no idea and that they don't have any...once again i asked when the last time they had wii's in and he said last thursday...so i'm gonna ask my dad to go there in the morning between 830-930 b4 he goes to work...i hate school lol

Walmart: Once again i called Walmart and the guy in the electronics said they didn't have any and they had no idea when they were getting more in...and right b4 he hung up i asked him when they last had some in...he said they got some earlier and are sold out of em...

i really just wanna get my hands on a wii...

EBgames is useless. Around me they all come into stock at 4 am and you know that there are no deliveries or anybody working at EBgames at 4 am. They update their inventory wayyyy after the fact, when the wii's are already set up and being played by somebody else. But for Target, the "In Stock" alert means fresh off the truck. That's why you need to find a Target near you that updates reliably.

Yo tabitty someone hung up on me like the other day or so and i was about to go down there and kick someones ass i was so pissed and im still psised since i dont got one. I would try TRU around 11ish and Target around those times.

So there's definately hope for tomorrow. I want to caution you about Target though. There was that rumor that all Targets would have 5 to sell at opening on Thursday. Considering a lot of Targets are selling the shipments they received today(rather than holding them for tomorrow), I'm doubting if that's true. Check them at opening for sure, but don't hang around there when BB and TRU are opening (especially if you have the itrackr alerts, now that we have confirmation that the text alerts are working).

BB doesn't seem to be getting a lot this week, so try Target, WalMart and TRU. I say sign up for itrackr, go to Target first thing, then get to WalMart if you have time before TRU opens. Get to TRU at or shortly after opening and WAIT for both FedEx and DHL. While you're waiting check your phone for updates regarding Target and call WalMart to see if their status has changed.

Heh, I followed a DHL van around for a little bit. It seems no one delivers to TRU during my lunch break though. Dissappointing. I don't know about target though. I'm really relying on iTrackr.
