Call your Walmart today and see if they got any in today or yesterday. If not, I would go around lunch. You don't even have to ask anymore. They will just be sitting behind the glass.

I live in Central New York and I've been scouring Target, Walmart, Gamestop/EBG all day. I went to both gamestops in town and had just missed the shipment because I checked target and walmart. So I went home pissed. I decided to try to call walmart again around 11:30 just in case they get a shipment and no luck. I went in person around 1:30 pm and still no luck. Then I read fronty's post and figured what the heck. I'll give them one more call. To my surprise 7 had come in and 2 were left. So I drove there ultra fast and the guy working there was like "youre the guy from earlier today right? We were all saying how it sucked that you were 1 hour too early." Well I'm very happy now and just finished setting up my wii. Good luck to you all. I have a feeling target will get a shipment tomorrow for the people in the northeast.

^^^I have like ONe walmart anywhere near me and they had them the day after I went (the day I actually went to school) and i zoomed there at like 345 and was SOOOO mad, i stayed home today and GOT NADA

oh yeah, do NOT trust what any workers tell you. they always lie. i went to TRU today to browse around cuz they were empty yesterday and their storage room door was open and i eyed 3 ps3s sitting on the shelves. so for some reason i decided to ask them for the heck of it, (and they had sold out signs everywhere). they lady behind the counter said they didnt have any ps3s. LIAR!

Clearly you are not meant to go to school. That's twice that school has screwed your chance of getting a wii (this and leaving TRU just before they got a shipment). I think that the world is telling you that you must choose between school and wii.

This brings me painful flashbacks of my TRU experience...I was standing there for ONE HOUR AND A HALF...staring at the display and asking the damn lady....and shes like no we dont have any wiis. I finally leave to get lunch, I go back to Toys R Us in like 10 minutes and the lady was like we just sold the last one....NOW I KNOW THEY DIDNT RECIEVE AND UNPACK A SHIPMENT IN LESS THAN 10 MIN!!

Is it shameful to kiss a little ass in the name of scoring a wii? Heck no! I was all smiles and sugar when I was waiting for shipments at my TRU. I think it helped too 'cuz she went back and opened up the boxes for me right after they came in, when she could've just denied that there were wiis in those boxes.

I'm not saying that you guys aren't polite, I'm just saying it doesn't hurt to lay it on THICK!

does anyone have any inside info on upstate new york getttin shipments tomorrow. and where and what time tomorrow would be my best bet and you are right the store workers are all liars cause they all sick of the wii or they want one for themselves

Huh? Omg, that's bull. My mother works at walmart, and she had talked with the department manager, he told her he would tell her if there's a shipment. That ass, they better still have some wii's or i'm going to be pissed. :|
