lol kool i got zelda but i dont have a wii which is quite stupid but i thought i should buy zelda cause i knew that it would sell out but my mate yellow_wii bought the last zelda in gamestation in Bournemouth.

My mom was in line at Target and a guy that works at Circuit City said they were getting their shipment and putting their Wiis out on Monday.

Not so stupid I too bought Zelda and 2 other games and a classic controller and I still have yet to find a wii. All it does is justifies a reason for buying the wii since you now need it to play the said game. It also gives you a game other than wii sports when you finally get your wii.

This is fking pissing me off.
I've called stores tons of times in the last week and they've always been out of Wii's. I go around to 7 different store before noon and not a single one has them. Itrackr isn't showing any new shipments, so I don't know when the hell I'm gonna get my *late* Christmas present.

I can tell you right now GoldenSun. You're going to get it Monday or Tuesday, hopefully monday. Unfortunately because they are not holding game systems you won't see one in stores tomorrow, that and shipments are done.

Patience is the only answer for now.

My mom went to Target yesterday and they said to check back on Thursday, which is when it's rumored the next shipment will be.

Casually looked around here in Philly today to see if I could pick one up for one of you guys, but no luck. Not surprising, I guess considering itrackr didn't show anything.

The search for a wii once dominated my life, now the buying of accessories for it has taken over. Today's purchase was an extra remote, the remote covers and Rayman Raving Rabbids.

Nope! Not yet...didn't bother trying today, and I had to go out, anyway. I figured the odds were against me for the weekend. I think that I'll rii-sume the search on Monday unless there's something solid tomorrow. This is exhausting stuff haha...

I'm Guessing Monday and Tuesday is our next bet for trying to get a wii. I reallly hope all of us recieve one seriously.

What stores if you know, recieve Wii's monday/tuesday; i know this has been asked many times before, but i want to know.

I'm thinking for me, Walmart is my only chance because of school. So, urghh, please let their be wii's monday/tuesday.

personally im hoping for BB or CC cause i have 50 minutes without class starting at 10:10 on monday and those two are the only ones i could see myself getting to and from in time. so.... fingers crossed. someone earlier in the thread said something about hearing a CC employee talking about monday but we'll see. Keep posting with whatever news you get.

My news: For chicago, TRU guy said that they usually recieve one shipment a week and they come in the morning so getting there at opening is helpful (10:00)

BTW: Why do they put those ****ing display boxes out they are the WORST many a time i have found my self jumping for joy only to find out that what im looking at is an empty box. These retailers are bordering on sadistic imo. lol

I can't drive anywhere, and I take the bus, so no way i could go to CC or BB. Which I'd rather depend on than a 24hr Walmart. My mother works at walmart so it's worth a chance. And she told me they ship at night or morning so, theres chance. She talked to the dept manager he told her he'd tell if they get any in, i'm hoping monday/tuesday. lol.

Omg, those display boxes tricked me into thinking they had some wii's several times. Especially TRU having loads of displays. I got so happy and then pissed off that they were only displays. Haha, I'm just waiting for Monday/Tuesday. I think thats the day.

Oh my!! A local GameStop did the same thing. However, I didn't have a chance to get my hopes up, because I heard the guy behind the counter talking to a customer about their Wii-shipment system, why there aren't any in stock, and when they might once again. Only AFTER that did I see the boxes.

Was told of a similar experience at a local T-backwards-R-U. Relative looking for Wii was shaking every display box to make sure there wasn't a hidden "mistake" in there somewhere haha. Needless to say, no luck.

Yea TRU was the worst for me too

they had 6!
and i was all 'damn they must have just gotten them. I cant believe i got this lucky!'
and then i found out and had to resist going over and stomping all of the displays to bits lol

I posted a complaint about iTrackr earlier in the day and also sent them my complaint/wish for improvement. I thought it should be known that they responded back to me within the day and on a Saturday, with the following:

"We're just testing the waters with the 10-mile radius to make sure
everything runs smoothly. But we'll increase the mileage and even provide a
work/home profile. As of now, though, changing your zip code (in your
preferences) is the only way to see these stores."

I'm impressed. Now only if iTrackr was updated when the Targets in my area
receive a Wii shipment!

My little brother did the same exact thing. He has Zelda for about 1 month now, and still no Wii.

Yeah, I'm thinking of buying games but I plan to get my wii soon.
