Went to Target at opening - they got a few SP and some Nunchuk but no Wii. Will try again tomorrow morning.

watsonville target DOES NOT have any, and if they are lying on the phone, I will kill the operator, rip his guts out and feed it into the wii's disc slot.

maybe not, the wii doesnt deserve that!

anyone want to grab one for me? so far my local walmart just got in its 2nd total wii shipment this past thursday, but i was in school. my local gamestop said they haven't gotten one in in over 3 weeks, and i don't think my local target has gotten any in yet. i got excited when i found out my friend works at best buy, but the said the employees are NOT allowed to buy one.

The Grossmont and Lemon Grove Target around San Diego are in stock.

In my area, iTrackr hasn't even changed a bit, it only added some Circuit City stores other than that, none of the 29 retailers in the area have received a Wii, so I changed the zip code on my iTrackr to an area in San Diego (based on the amount of SoCal Wii reportings) and as soon as I look to see if anyone has it, there it was 3 retailers at 12:30 PST still have it. 2 from Target and I from Gamestop.

My first post well, I haven't got a Wii yet. Been looking but no luck yet. I was in Birmingham the day after christmas and they had PS3 in Walmart but the Wii was no where in sight. I live in NYC and I read that I could just go to the Nintendo store in manhattan early but I'm not that crazy for it. I live close to bestbuy so I'll just wait see what happens.. I will probably go Jan 15th before the store open to see if I can get one because I would rather put it on my bestbuy card anyway so If I don't like it I can always return it with no questions asked.

Oh, I've seen tons of Wii remotes for sale in the Bestbuy in Valley Stream. I didn't see that other thing that goes with it though.

With all these target sightings (and having not called my target this morning) I called just now and they said "Nope nothing this morning" and I replied "GREAT! Thank you very much!"

We can only hope that Cali getting TONS of Wiis in today means that something like that is in the future for the rest of us. My itrackr hasn't blown my pager up in 9 days! It's a Wii drought in the Northeast!

Correction: have not been very lucky right here in NYC either. iTrackr never updates for Target, and everyone else sells out their hit-and-miss shipments instantly with no warning. I think odds are better in smaller towns nowadays. The only plus is Nintendo World, which isn't a bad option, but that's a bit of a journey, especially with serious rain in the forecast tomorrow. Watch that be the day that they're sold out anyway...

I have found out that in the south of England wiis are coming soon like 2/3 weeks which is pretty good.

Went today.. bad choice. No luck whatsoever. Saw some PS3s though, aha, i find that funny. Anyways. Got to have faith that sometime this week i'll get lucky.

At least in America you have all 3 new consles. Wii has just come out, Xbox 360 has been out for about a year and the PS3 isnt coming out till December. So why dont you just pre-order a wii instead of going into a shop and looking for one?

This sucks. the wii shipments come in mon-fri and i have school during those days. im starting to get the feeling that im never gonna get it. right now the only thing im looking forward to is the rumor about the best buy sale on the 15th.

itrakr says I hadn't had a shipment at target for about 30 days. i am beginning to think thats true because ive been calling and checking target for 3 weeks now and they said last time they had some is around holiday christmas time.

Did it go "In stock" during regular mall hours or was it after hours? Get there as soon as you possibly can. I know if I receive a Target text message tomorrow from iTrackr that I have a email drafted for work so I can be 20 minutes late and grab it.
