Hey all. I got my Wii !!!
This time I actually tried out itrackr instead of ps3seeker...and I recommend it. I called the in-stock Targets in the Irvine area and the operator at the Irvine Spectrum said they have 3 left and I better get there if I wanted one. By the time I got there, one guy was leaving the electronics dept with a Wii...and I was able to grab the LAST ONE! Booyah! It's my bf's belated Christmas present.
So, good luck to all...no need to camp out...just call and drive as fast as you can!

I'm still holdin out for a Best Buy Wii...
I'm tellin you all, those friggin Replacement Plans are money for consoles shipped in the first 6 months (if not the first year). Personally, I'd rather pay $40 extra at Best Buy and wait a bit longer than to buy one at Target now, and learn a $250 lesson a year from now.

O but I am playing it. Ive been playing it since launch day. I have 6 games, 20 Wiimotes only 4 in use lol. 14 nunchucks only 4 in use.

As I posted a few pages ago, we had a Wii but lost it in a house fire. I am trying to do this for my husband, not to get something for nothing. Finding a Wii for him has become a full time job!  Having had a Wii and then being without it is even more painful that not having one in the first place, methinks.

I was playing it until I started watching NFL Primetime. I needed to catch up on some missed football from the weekend. Cowboys lost  , I still got the Chargers so its all good. Chargers vs. Seahawks Super Bowl XLI. Chargers World Champions.
Well back to Wii talk, accessories are hard to come buy and people really looking for them will pay a good price for them lol.

In Brazil it ranges from us$840 (in ebay-like website and city centre's likely contrabanded material) to us$1120 in actual shops.
I am just waiting for US online shops to have'em in stock so I can import myself one (I'll probably pay a total of about us$520 including shipping and import tax, considering the original us$250 dollars price).

wii are at target
I got a wii !!!! I am so happy. I was gonna wake up at 7 and go to target and walmart but I was too excited about the playing the wii, I couldnt fall asleep. I went to lay down and I accidently fell asleep. Woke up at 11:30 and look at this forum and saw some post stating wii are at target. I hurry my butt down there and some guy in a orange shirt got one. I was hoping it wasnt the last one or I would have kick butt his for it.  I bet that guy is member of this forum too. If you are, I was the guy with the blue pepperdine university hooded sweater.
I guess the square hole in my heart has been filled.  The target I was at is in SoCal, eagle rock. The lady behind the counter has a few left. I hope you get your wii. I doubt I will be back to this tread anytime soon because I will be too busy playing my wii.

So I decided that on my lunch break I would practice a little bit and have a student come in for a brief talk about lessons.
I called TRU at 11. They had gotten them a little after 10 and had JUST sold the last one.
I would have a wii if I had made my usual rounds during lunch...
That's two stores of the 4 or so in my area to have wiis. Target and Circuit City are still dry.

FYI, went back to NintendoWorld at 2:40pm. Apparently, they got their shipment today at 1:30-2pm and sold out at 2:30. Missed it by 10 minutes!
Checked BB, CC and GS/EB across midtown and uptown with no luck.
Tomorrow, I suspect I'm gonna try camping NintendoWorld again.

i tried to get one at target for you on my lunch break, i wanted to check to see if they had any remotes but they were sold out in 45 minutes! they had 20 to start with too. if i find anymore i'll get one for those who don't have one yet.
