If you cant be bothered to check each day to see if its in stock...
Wait untill mid-february when you can easily go in any shop and buy one
(plus it might be cheaper)

If you can be bothered to check weekly.....
Monday-wednesday are the best days (tuesday and wednesday are best)

as for me....

I suggest anyone in the midwest call Shopko or Target, they seem to be rolling in a few every week.

Shopko received 12 last Tuesday and then 12 again this Tuesday. *twas when I got my wii!*

They are still getting them via UPS so call around 11am - 12pm... they don't last much longer than a few hours in the store before they are all gone so GOOD LUCK!

After "giving up", I was finally able to get my Wii today out of sheer good luck (which I NEVER have, but I aint knockin' it). Gamestop had ONE left and I asked if they could hold it (cringing as I waited for them to tell me no), the guy was like "Yeah, if you can get down here within an hour". I almost puked everywhere. I told the guy I'd be there in 20 minutes!

So I drove faster than I ever have in my LIFE and walked up to the counter. Oh, he knew it was Mii and what I was there for

. As he pulled my Wii out I was in utter shock. I couldn't believe it was actually real. As he was ringing me up someone called looking for one and I smiled as the employee said "I'm selling my last one right now".

!!

I didn't get any games for it yet, since I blew a lot just getting the Wii. But I have some Miis made and the weather forcast channel

Anyone want to give me their number so I can add you?

Woo!!! I finally got one. Here's what happened:

After not receiving any alerts from itrackr in over a week, I finally got one for Circuit City by Arundel Mills mall in central MD. I figured this was too good to be true, but I drove over there as fast as I could and they had 2 left. Turns out they only got 5 in total. I tried to buy two to give to someone on this board, but they only let me purchase one.

So yeah turns out itrackr actually does work, even for MD. Looks like MD just hasn't gotten many shipments and that is why I hadn't gotten any updates in 10 days.

So it looks like itrackr at least works for Target and Circuit City from what I can tell in case anyone is wondering. Now off to Best Buy to buy zelda with my gift cards from Christmas......

If I would have known about iTrackr earlier, I probably could've gotten one at Gamestop today. I'm just waiting for alerts now, and I'll make phone calls in the morning. Anyone in the Pittsburgh, PA area have any luck?
I feel as if I don't get one this week, I'll get one next week.

I have an itrackr account and it honestly did me no good. I never got any alerts, I called all the stores around me every day.
Today was just my lucky day, I guess.

Can't say anything good happens to me, ever. Guess God loves me today ^_^

I got the same alert for the circuit city at Tysons, by the time i called and asked if they could hold one they were sold out, shit luck and working a 9-5 arent helping my search

I was about to give up to. You'll get one sooner or later. It just may be another week or two since thats when Best Buy and Target are supposed to have their big sales.

Umm, No luck here in Florida. Florida doesn't get anything. My Walmart sucks, nothing has came in.. I can't depend on anywhere else, though. So, I'm pretty much screwed.. I wonder when I will finally get my wii, I'm trying to keep it positive, heh, it's hard. This is so complicated. Florida isn't getting shipments, not in my area. And even if they happen to; I wouldn't know, I have to go to school. Anyone can confirm Best Buy? Seriously, If not tomorrow, that's my best bet.. I'll check it out.. I really hope I get lucky.

I can't drive, either. So it's such a hassle. I wish I could drive so It'd be easier and I could stay and wait. I'm willing to do that if that will higher my chances. My father will only go their if no wii's, we check the next store, and henceforth. This is ridiculous. One month, and still no wii.

I'm keeping as close of an eye I can to the wii. My commitment is so strong; but I can't commit to it completely.. School gets in the way; and i don't drive..! I will not quit; not now, not ever. When I get my wii; this will have been all worth it. I just dont know if I can wait, it's.. horrible.

I checked the availabilty on circuitcity.com today, and it said in stock!!

I went down there though, and they said they won't have them until Sunday. Bummer.

Okay, I'm sorry friends but it's time for me to wave the white flag. It's a deadzone up here with the exception of TRU getting 5 in between Monday and Tuesday.

Wal-mart told me they won't order any more until February. BJs (an unlikely seller but a seller nonetheless) said they don't anticipate an order until March when they start ordering them again.

Target is dead. I'm sick of calling, and sick of running around. I guess I'll just have to give in for now. Least I have 2 nunchuks

Especially now with the target rumor on the 21st there is no point in me trying to get one. I have class that morning, first day.

Toysrus had them today. You can call and see if they still have some in stock. I was picking up a nunchuck and just asked the guy. He said yes and started walking to the lock up room. I stopped him and said that I wasn't looking to buy one. Also, EBgames in the mall had a few today. They probably have sold out by now though. Call the Toysrus on Newberry RD and see if they have them. And...Go Gators!!!
