Still on the Search for Wii?

i'm guessing nobody got it at besbuy? There was someone that said there was some at best buy, but our store didn't get any ><

This is in San Francisco... Went to Best Buy on Geary last night to see if they got their shipment in... they said they'd been waiting for it all day but it didn't come yet... so they wouldn't have them in the morning. So I went to Circuit City on Van Ness at 7:30am and was #33 in line. About an hour and 15 minutes later they came out and gave vouchers... they had exactly 50 Wii's and 1 PS3. First guy in line got both. Probably 40 more people were turned away. They had NO controllers though. But I got my Wii!

i went to Circuit City @ 7:30. 14th in line for 18 Wiis. While about 50+ people were waiting in line @ Toys R Us across the parking lot.

No more stupid lines! That Circuit City posting of stock ended all of it. Woo hoo!

i looked online and they're either outta stock or they are like 699.99 Am I better off getting it from Best Buy? My bro's friend might be able to tell me when they get a shipment in

Damnit! I just called Toys R' Us and they had some in this morning! I had this gut feeling that I should have gotten my ass up (I was actually up till 5am this morning playing Warcraft anyway lol) and went! He said some more were coming in but he had no idea when that would be

I am going to try and buy one at a EB games at the mall...I don`t think they will have some left..Can anyone tell me what is the best store to look for a Wii?

I just bought my 4th Wii about 30mins ago. They are out there guys you just have look harder. I walked right in EB Games again today and just asked if they had one. And Walmart is getting quite a few Dec. 6th. I asked my buddy how many they are getting and he said around 80.

I finally got a WII today. A friend of mine was at a local flea market in Athens,Ga called J & J flea market and bought it for me for $350. My arms are already getting sore.

A great early christmas present I didn't expect today.

I had no luck today going to Target, Circuit City, ToysRus, and Best Buy.

Went to Circuit city at 730, 15 ppl already in line and 15 was all they got. Went to Toys R Us, guy in front of me got the last "ticket" for them. Was walking through the Toys R Us parking lot, guy rolls down his window and says "I got 4 tickets, wanna buy one for $450" (was about to spaz). Went to Best Buy, Only one waiting in the front of the store at 900, guy comes out for a smoke, "What you here for", Looking for a Wii (Sunday is a truck day for this Best Buy). Guy walks in and checks for me and comes back out, "We dont have any, you should have been here last Sunday, we had 38! (Was sick last Sunday). So yeah, that was my day.

My wife is on a "List" at a local EB and I went there today to ask nicely on their opinion if they are expecting any Wii's in b4 Xmas, Guy says "We don't expect to get any in if other stores keep running ads and keep recieving major shipments.

Guess I will have to call Best Buy on Tuesday to see if they have any (their other truck day), if they don't have any...guess I will be camping out next Sunday. (Sorry had to vent, didnt have a good day)

Was 1st in line @ my local Target where they had 30.

Already started playing Zelda.

Tip: When you get your Wii, don't have the sensor bar thing where sunlight is directly falling on it. Your remote sensor will go crazy and it will be annoying. Severely annoying!!!

I live in Canada, and had no luck getting any today. I went to Dufferin Mall and checked Wal-Mart, Circuit City, Toys R Us and EB Games but no luck

. I'm gonna camp out in BestBuy on Friday, since they get some on Friday, and hopefully I will finally get one.

if i get to circuit city early, since they should have them because of blue laws and get a voucher, will ibe able to leave and go after 7 pm to pick it up or will i have to get it at opening. Do any of you know how the voucher system works, because i have a business and need to open it up.

At the CC we were at, after they gave us a NUMBERED voucer (which had a matching half taped to the Wii when they handed to me), the guy said they'd let us in at 9:50. If you weren't there they'd give your Wii to any stragglers who didn't have numbers at the end of the line. So no, they won't hold them once you get the voucher, you have to be there.

I got to Circuit City 2 hours early today and was second in line to get a Wii, about an hour later there were about 20 people and the manager came out and said that they didnt have any wiis but had 4 PS3s. The whole line got pretty upset that it was in their ad but not in the store the manager said no rainchecks and that we would have to check back later. I got a ps3 anyway but am just gonna throw it on ebay to try and make money to pay for my wii. I am writing an angry letter to CC corporate! That is BS that they advertised Wiis but did'nt have any!
