Still on the Search for Wii?

Ok, so lets say my Best Buy has 20 i live in a large city, im afraid if i get there at 6 i will be to late...Do you think i should try to camp out, will they let me?

im thinkin the same exact thing irGator... im plannin on gettin there at 6 but eveyr 5 seconds i keep saying to myself "ugh i just know im gonna be too late"... thing is.. the reason why im goin at 6 and not earlier is cuz the only way i can get there is by my dad and hes not gonna wanna wait like 4 hours. especially if i end up not gettin one... hed be pissed.

well im 16 so i can drive from 6am-11pm, so i cant go at like 4 its either closing or at 6am!

I am in a very populated area as well, but I have 3 BBs within a 15 min drive of my house, We are thinking that dh and I are going to go to two different stores and see what the wait is.. See if we can be top 20..

hm well how early do you guys recommend i get there. i think theres 14 people in that city tracking wiis on Itrackr. keep in mind, this Target is within a mall thing. and idk how early they open up the doors to the mall.

I briefly went over the 21st rumor and I'm curious, compared to prior shipments would 20 be a step up from the usual numbers? I'm just trying to determine if Nintendos starting to get past sending wiis in small doses or not.

well see, i think that they usually get small shipments. like 3 at a time. and what they did. was save them for this big sale. so they have alot

Target, BB, and CC are all confirmed to have wii's sunday, CC has a minimum of 8 i think...and BB has a minimum of 20, i dont know about Target.

I got mine from Best Buy on December 17th after camping out all night and they got in only 17 wii's. I got there at 11pm the night before and was number 5 in line. The last person to get one got there at about 2:30am. 6 sounds risky to me.

See, everyone is aiming to get there by 6 am, all you have to do is get there half an hour early. Leave your house at 5:15 am. Get there by 5:30 am. You will be okay. If you really worry, check the line at 11:00 pm. Plan to camp if you see a lot of people, don't forget to bring a portable heater or electric blanket.

I bought over 23 Wii's (lost count after awhile) this season and never waited more than 6 hours except for the midnite madness release date.

Don't give up! I bought another one at Toys R Us today

You can get one too!

all wiis are 250. but good thing they have region locking on. north america, south america. dont think that would work out for you dood, and hardly anyplace has wiis to begin with.

weeeird. i dont really know exactly what all region locks lock. but i just assumed in general it wouldnt work.

Yes but I don't want to pay more than $300 total, I actually want to pay $250 + my states sales tax. If you can deliever then I'd be absolutely grateful. But until then the daily Toys'R'Us, Walmart and Circuit City checks are in order.
