Today I called up gamestop and they had no Wii's but told me some valuable info. He said he had accessories available, hd cables, wiimotes, wiinunchuk, point card, etc.

So I snagged 1 Wiimote and 1 Wiinunchuk!

I also bought a green skin case for the controller for $7. And I am ordering DBZ Budokai 2!

Now the only thing left is the Wii!!!!!!!!!! Which I hope to get this sunday.

Well, I just called up my local Target since that backdoor site showed that Wii's were available but the lady on the phone said they'll have em' on Sunday. I guess certain Targets are selling them as soon as they get them while others are stockpiling for Sunday. If I were you I'd call up your closest Target.

thanks, im pretty sure my store is holding til sunday because the backdoor for my area has said 'out of stock' since last Friday. the store said that they didn't have any and rudly hung up, i hate those clerks

Also anyone living in the Reading, PA area (1 hr NW of Philly) I just got an alert that Target has the nunchuks in stock. Fortunately I found mine online when TRU had them in stock.

I wouldn't believe it. The pictures all look like stock pictures. To purchase a legit Wii on Ebay, the seller is supposed to take a picture with their username next to the Wii to prove ownership (or take a picture with the receipt having username written on it).

Anything else I would not bother with. I doubt that anyone buying a Wii to sell on ebay really has the buyers best financial interest at heart. Lets face it, people who buy them to sell on ebay are jerks who want extra profit.

Seems like the Target thing is not all that reliable.

This shows "Limited Availability" in one store in Timonium:

Shame I live too far from my local Target too just go and check. Id rather not call because I know they lie on the phone.
