I already have mine, but I talked to a girl at toys r us asking her if things were still crazy, and she said that they had shipments 3 days in a row last Thursday, Friday, and Saturday. It looks like some of the bigger stores aren't holding them for Sunday ads anymore, which is good. My advice is to call everyday, especially Gamestop and EBGames. That's how my friend got one. Being persistant is the key. I myself waited in line early in the morning at Target.

I've been reading this forum for a few weeks now. Thanks for all of your help. We waited in line for about an hour and picked up ours on Sunday(Best Buy on Cherry in Long Beach, CA)

I went to Circuit City(Bellflower blvd, Long Beach) yesterday at lunch looking for component cables(no accessories to be found anywhere right now

) and they had 2 Wii's on the shelves. I'm sure it's going to be a lot easier to get your hands on one in the weeks to come. Good luck all and thanks again.

well i got mine! and its awesome!

downloading the wii browser now (or else i'd be playing!)

having one problem though. I have my sensor bar on top of the Tv, and the pointer shows up on screen below where i'm pointing. I put the sensor bar on the stand, and it works better now, but its still below where it should. How do i fix this?

Wii Available in boston!!! Well...kinda. I just got back from Costco and they had a stack of around 30 Wii console packs with Zelda and Excitetruck just sitting there. The costco is quite slow but i'd still hurry if you want to get one. By the way, this is the Costco in Everett and i'm sure if you call and ask them to hold one for you they will. Good luck~

that happened to me when i had it below my tv ... now i have it above and its great. make sure the sensor bar is in the middle... and maybe switch it to below

ok well i called about 18 stores today and target and 2 targets said they couldnt relsease shipment information and the other 2 said this week or next week and best buy said keep calling maybe this week and my toys r us and walmart all said this week so i think that rumor might be true!!!!!!!!!

thye wait for a wii is killing me i feel like cartman in the south park episode i just played wii sports and zelda at my friends house and they are both amazing he got his sunday should have told him to pick me up one o well the hunt continues hopefully this week or next week

yes! i got one! ive been reading these forums for awhile but i guess my first post will be one of triumph. called circuit city after checking itrack and they had 2 left in stock. so asked if they could hold it for 5 minutes and the lady held it! woohoo!!
