Still on the Search for Wii?

Went to BB, and Toys R Us at lunch today. They said they haven't had any in since last week. Then went to Fry's who told me they had some in yesterday but of course sold out. I called Fry's on Tuesday, but not wednesday (whole job thing sort of getting in the way of several rounds of calls each day). I then stopped by a K Mart. The lady in electronics said she thought they had one in the office. She was wrong. They did have a few controllers, so I bought one.

Hopefully Circuit City will come through tomorrow or Saturday.

God I want one so bad, but I got impatient and bought some 360 games because Wiis are nowhere to be found.

Now I don't have enough money...

my cousin got one at walmart today. i walked into the store not even looking for a wii i just walked into electronics and saw 5 so i called him and i held one for him and while iwas holding that one for 30 minutes i watched the other 4 sale. so yeah nintendo rocks

if anyone is still looking for a wii, i am selling one that i found at target the other day, so make me an offer i don't know how to deal with ebay that much so maybe local pickup or shipping pics available...... thanks!!

my mum rang this morning there is none any where she checked.

i want my wii!

does anyone know when there will be stock in any of the shops in the U.K

you americans have itrackr its soo unfair

what do we have nothing we have to go in and check!

i want it now.

This is what i did. i am sick of waiting so i searched ebay for wii selected buy it now and then found the ones close to me. From there i messaged the person and asked if i could pick it up in person to avoid the shipping. I paid 315 for my wii which is 45 over the retail including taxes so im happy and i dont have to waste time searching for one. I did the same when the 360 came out last year got it for 500 which was 70 over retail but again i hate to wait an i wated since november.

I find these scalpers pathetic, I wasnt gonna get one off them no matter what. I picked mine up today from walmart in Niagara Falls, Ny. Lady says all the store got em in early afternoon late morning. Hope you guys all get one for retail. Bye the way that wii locator did nothing for me, it showed the walmart i bought it from as outta stock along with every other store in the country.

I called Fry's this morning and they said they had 35 Wii's in stock so I raced over only to find out it was a bundle. The guy on the phone did not say anything about a bundle. I was pissed!!! I continued to call around and of course found nothing. I went back with the intention of buying the bundle, but the games included were 2 kids games of some sort and Donkey Kong. I passed and here I sit with no Wii. Itrackr has not shown any available at any stores in all of Chicago since Monday. I question if it really works.

Anyone near a small town i recomend checking there. I'm from a small town just outside of calgary, we are just big enought to have a walmart. The last 2 times i went in there the shelves had wiis on them.

I thought the same thing kelso then realized where I live now lol Good luck finding a small town in Niagara/Toronto Region. Wished I still lived out in the Boonies, city life is stressful.

Zeon..I called..was told Feb. 10th by someone in Electronics.
That would be for Toronto.

I succumbed and searched ebay. Didn't get one locally but someone
in Canada. So thats good enough for me.

well, i continued my search for wii yesterday and called k-mart. they said about a week ago they got 2 wiis and put them behind a glass shelf with a lock. later that day, somebody stole them. so they are not getting any shipments of wii pending an investigation......WTF
