Still on the Search for Wii?

Anyone check www.buyclux.com? The link is also at the top of this forum. Even with shipping, the total advertised price is less that the suggested Wii price of $249.99. Seems like a good deal to me, especially in sales tax states. If I didn't have one, I would probably give this a shot.

I got mine off of eBay like a month ago. It was a little more but it was worth it. I bid on mine so i guess it depends on how lucky u get. One person that bidded on one got it for like $200 + what ever shipping and handling was. but others pay alot. get lucky go on eBay and bid on one. I can't find Wii in any store at all.

i wouldn't trade my wii for anything except maybe a better wii..lol... sry. but look on eBay i paid 305 but it was worth it

for those of us in canada...future shop seems to have them all the time...well at least in southern ontario....although i picked mine up at toys r' us while i was walkin through the mall a few weeks ago..just stopped by to c what they had...sweet find!!! lol..but yeh...future shop..usually has them all the time..they have them coming in every week

Looks like Circuit City will have Wiis in stock this Sunday (6/10) (link).

It says they will be handing out coupons an hour early. I wonder how early you will need to go? A few hours maybe? Guess it depends on how many units your store gets, but I hope camp outs are not necessary this far after launch.

If you're in the Austin, Texas area, check Wal-Marts. People don't go to Wal-Mart to buy consoles around here for some reason.

Which Wal-marts have you seen them in around Austin and what time of day? I've been checking everywhere every chance I get...Target, Wal-mart, Best Buy, Game Stop, Toys R Us, etc...on Sunday I even called about 20 stores within 20 miles and no one had one.

I ended up standing in line for mine Sunday at Circuit City...later that day Target had a full shelf of them, but today they were sold out again :P One crazy mom who'd promised her kids a Wii for getting good grades showed up at 6:30 a.m. to get a Wii from Circuit City...she wasn't too pleased when the other 7 of us who got vouchers leisurely strolled up about 15 minutes before they handed them out. I'd heard they had 12 total, and they were all claimed by the time I went to get mine 5 minutes after opening.

I traded my PS2 in for mine, they had plenty of stock and that was ages ago. The demand musn't be as crazy in Australia as other places. Iv'e heard the wii is hard to get. Same with the DS

yea i work at toys r us here in ottawa canada.

they announced over the sound system that they had a few wii's for sale, so i rushed upstairs (i work in the basement) and put one on hold.

we get a shipment like once a week id say of wii's.
