i got mine from amazon.de. works out at £179 inc postage. had to type in google-how do i order from amazon.de- and found many sites explaining it in english. the have loads in and only took 2 days to deliver to manchester uk

I read about amazon.de. on the uk teletext yesterday.
Guy on there said he got a pal wii off there for about £176 plus £1.50 for a uk power pack.

I already have a Nintendo Wii so I wasn't on a search for one but an hour ago I stopped by Best Buy to look around for some pre-Thanksgiving bargains. What did I see? I saw 4 Wiis. I called a relative who I knew was on the search for one and asked if they wanted me to buy for them with the understanding that they would reimburse me back the money - they screamed YESSSSSSSSSS. I won't see my relatives until the holidays but they at least know they have a Wii for X-mas.

Knowing that they were smiling on the other end of the phone made me feel really good.

I just entered this contest today - this family website is giving away a Wii on Dec. 11th. Google "Vicky and Jen Podcast" and you'll find it. My friend just won a set of books and CD's and that's how I learned of them. They have a page dedicated to contests so apparently they give away stuff often - a lot of it is autographed books / music / etc that comes from the people they interview on their radio show. Why not? Someone's gotta win.

I've called 8 different stores and all of them are always out of stock. Does anyone know where I could get one at a store (not online) in Canada? I've called Futureshop, ToysRUs, Wal-Mart, BestBuy, Source and EbGames (2 ebgames and 2 source) if someone an help me that would be great!
