i got a wii in the end. I got it in a Bundle from GameStation £289.89 but they did not give me sealed games, all 4 of them was not sealed and some have scratches on. The scratches aint a problem because i can get them removed but still it will cost me £2.00 per disc. They said i can go to the store tomorrow and pick a new game and they will exchange one... this was when i brought the console they told me this. I will go there tomorrow and see if they got the game i want in stock and swap it for that but i will make sure its sealed this time. I have 3 discs which dont have Club Nintendo Scratchers , its ok because i got 1750 Stars in the end at club nintendo. I just got the problem trying to get the wii to connect to the internet. I got a cable modem and a USB cable but i was told i need to get a Router or a Wii Lan Adaptor. Ill see if i can pick one up sometime.

i am new here. i missed buying a wii package @ Costco in Dec because we were too busy buying ski tickets.. thought there was plenty... went back next day.. and they were gone. we thought the rush after x-mas was over. Now, my dd would like us to buy one (did not want one before!!!) Now my husband after playing with one - wants one... now i can't find one.. so i am searching... any thoughts??

hey i think alot of people are still on the search for the wii but everyone has found on but they cant find enough money to buy it i mean like 500 dollars thats crazy either way everyone found a wii just not enough money.

I finally got a Wii! I did a lot of calling around to all the Gamestops in the Houston area this week. A bunch of them told me they expected to get a shipment in this week. Yesterday, I called around again and 1 of them (Willowbrook mall location) had 24 and the other (Galleria location) had an undisclosed amount. The Galleria was closest, so I got mine from there. If you are in the Houston area, you are probably in luck this week.

I just got my Wii this morning at Gamestop in Franklin Indiana.I called 27 Gamestops on Monday and Tuesday.Only one store had gotten Wii's on Tuesday and there was only one left when I called.It was gone by the time I got there.So this morning I decided to just stake out at one Gamestop and wait for the shipment.There was one other guy waiting there besides me.They got 3 in and sold two of them within minutes.While I was paying for mine someone called asking if they had any.So all 3 probably gone within an hour.The best way to get a Wii is to stake out at a Gamestop that hasn't recieved a shipment Monday or Tuesday and wait for shipment on Wednesday, Thursday, and Friday.If they get a shipment that week you'll get one.

Amazon had a batch of Wiis available today at around 11:00am CST. As usual, they were gone in a couple of minutes. I was very lucky to snag one for myself though.

I live in Southwest Ohio between Dayton & Cincinnati & have been trying to locate a Wii System since before Christmas for my son with learning disabilities. I have been to Walmart, Meijer, Target, Sams Club & they all tell me they just sold out.

The last Wii's hubby and I saw for sale was at Target on New Year's Day, Jan 1, '08. They received a load of 30-35 units... We bought one, and now kick ourselves for not buying two. They haven't had a shipment since.

Gamestop gets them randomly, and always a quick sell out.

Sears, never.

Costco, I've heard of them selling, but never seen.
