thx for the heads up..that pretty much tells us that sunday should be the day...but, umm...., didnt nintendo say straight from the beginning that every retailer should have one shipment per week? sounds like theyre changing something right now, something that shoulda existed since launch..anyhow, happy hunting!

Man...I really want to believe that my Target will have Wiis this Sunday but so far my only answer is that they have no idea. I wonder if they're just keeping it a secret so their store isn't swamped on Sunday? I'm just going to have to take a gamble and hope I strike it lucky and definitely make sure to call Target and ask if they're doing those stupid reserves that gives no one else a chance...and I mean people that show up very early, not just the last minute. I remember reading an earlier post in here that someone got screwed over because of reserves and got there pretty early.

yea hast been that huge here in aus m pretty sure that everywhere is still in stock at about 388 dollars any aus gamers that would like to clarify that for me coz im planning to pick one up monday with a few extras......

Man, I can't believe I didn't get a Wii last Wednesday just because I didn't know they had 'em. my friend got one, and she doesn't even like Nintendo! Now she's teasing me with it.

you know youre probably right, but i dont know theres all these sites like(ps3seeker.com) that somehow know wen shipments come in, and the wii section which i check "a lot" is usually right, so if you have a best buy go there, but you know just try everywhere. My target didn't know, but last sunday they got some...TARGET didnt "supposedly know", but ps3seeker.com/wii did...Hmmm? Phone calls dont work these days, no one ever knows so just go to ps3seeker.com then scroll down to the wii part, then zip codes, and all that, but it helpes me, so itll probably help you. Thats my advice man...hope you get your wii, hope i get mine to...closer to x-mas, better our chances.

no all of them on sunday, but you need to decide which one, because each one you need to be there "atleast" 2 hours before opening. you may have to go with the rumors, so probably best buy

Can anyone shed some light on Toronto and the surrounding area?

I will be in the Pickering-Ajax-Oshawa area sunday am.... IS CANADA GETTING any Wiis these days?

I am an hour east of Toronto, and I can count on 2 hands how many systems have come to the area!

If i cant find one sat nite, sunday morning, I quit looking until january!

Thanks Cap'n Crunch, I hope I get one soon. I'd love for this hunt to be over and done with...Also you're right with phone calls, they don't do crap now. It's just the same answer over and over. I'll try and see if I can get any info from my stores tomarrow.

Hello, this is my first post, but I am going to get to Best Buy between 5:30am and 6:00am on Sunday morning. Even if my Best Buy doesn't have any Wii's, maybe their Ad will hint towards when they will be available. Hopefully by getting there that early, I can avoid any lines. I have been searching high and low for one since the launch and if I don't get one on Sunday, I may just cry.

Yup. We waited outside during business hours, so people were stopping by to ask what we were doing. We weren't allowed to wait inside so it was the bitter cold during the open hours, then more braving when the store closed. Note: The store manager and a few staff were there overnight inside the store

Well I got three WIIs this week. I was 2nd in line@Target. I got there an hr&1/4 b4 they opened.They only had 12, but a lady came 15 mins b4 they opened and got the last ticket...they also had 4 PS3s. After I got my WII I raced down to another bigger Target, they had 75 WIIs!!! People were gettin their WIIs inside the store, I got in line & still got a ticket, #64. Then on Wed. I went to Walmart and got a ticket. I was 19 outta 26. got there 1 1/4 hr b4 opening. So goes the saga. What's the buzz for next week????

you must live in a dead area because everywhere here in southern california there are massive lines. on wednesday, a walmart in socal had well over fifty people lined up. heard the situation was similar all throughout. everywhere you go, there's a massive line. it's basically all up to luck as to which store you hit and how early you hit them...i hope the rumors for this sunday are correct...keeping my fingers crossed.

if anyone hears anything from stores, please post!!!
