Btw, Best Buy is going to be your Best Bet (no pun intended) to get whatever console you're looking for anywhere. They get the largest shipment of anyone, however, if you're going to get one there then you'll have to get there 5-2 hrs. early (which isn't bad at all).

TRU seems to be a no-go for tomorrow (10th). Just stopped by the store and asked one of the employees...he said they weren't planning to have them in the ad and that if people lined up tonight, he would have to turn them away because they don't have any wiis to sell. I hope he wasn't lying to me...

He may be lying, I had a couple ppl lie to me because they were sick & tired of ppl asking if they'd have Wii's/PS3's. It's a shame, but it happens.

ps3seeker.com/wii is showing the 17th for all major retail stores, so I've officially given up for tomorrow. I didn't think getting a Wii would be just as hard as getting a PS3.

For those of you asking when is a good time to start camping, I would say to add an extra two hours to what you think would be a reasonable time to camp out. It's a fight to snatch a Wii now, and only those dedicated campers who fight the cold cement floors will be receiving a Wii before the holidays!!

I think they all did, but I work at the Prestonwood store, Montfort and Beltline, they came in and I picked up another set for myself. I think the next restock truck comes monday or tuesday, so more might be on that one. UPS drops show nothing for actual consoles at any metroplex stores as of tonight.

Our W-M had 9 units this past wed. They didn't had out tickets until 8am that morning. I got there at about 330am and I was the first in line and the only one in line until about 5am. The 9th in line didn't get there until about 630 or 7am, The W-M about 17 miles up the road got about the same # of units but that line started at around 4pm tues afternoon.
I predict that more will be easily available after the 17th - just in time for Christmas.

how about ebgames/gamestop. how often do they get shipments? last time i called ummmm a few days ago...they guy said well we just now got our shipment in...and im not opening the box to see how many we have....

short story they got 3 and he sold it within seconds... anyone know if they will be selling/getting more wii.

My wii seeker is still saying CC and TRU is getting them on the 10th but when my brother called he said that they told him (at TRU) that they wern't getting any.... Also he couldnt get ahold of CC...hrm should i try and camp or no which should i trust do u guys think????

omg, sorry..i meant to say they get their trucks in like 3 times a week. and most likely a shipment of wiis every week. u just dont know when. mine had one on thursday last week...but that doesnt mean that the next one couldnt be next monday...just call those little stores, for the big ones u can pretty much depend on this board and wiiseeker

where do you get wii seeker ?

tommorow morning at like 7 or 8 im just going to stop by toys r us and circuit city and target just to ask if they have any... it cant hurt to ask.. last week a local target had 24 wiis in the store for like 5 days... they never told anybody they had them and then someone came in and asked and then the rest sold out later that day. i was so angry..

my dad thought hed be super cool and surprise me with a wii saturday (yesterday) and he waited outside best buy... he had like no clue when any shipments were being made and thought they came everyday... he sat outside for ever and was the only person the people just laughed at him in the morning.


i wish i would have asked me about it but then it wouldnt have exactly been a surprise...
