Sweet, i just found a friend that will let me crash at her place on saturday. It's 2 blocks from the Landmark center BB in Fenway. I'm gonna crash there around 11pm and check every 2hrs to see if a line forms. If some ppl want, i'll keep you posted on how the line looks. Hopefully i can start to study for finals now

i would never buy a game console from ebay or any other auction site.. that is extremely unsafe and i wouldnt doubt something goes wrong with your wii. and plus they ruin the hunt for them haha. im still wiiless. but im going saturday/sunday and sitting in my car outside target/bb (they are next to each other)

Whatever you do don't try to go too the cambridge best buy they are closed down due too a water main break. For about 30 days. I'm guessing their stock of wiis will be sent too other locations for sale...

Define "easily". In the past 2 weeks (in NYC), the only place that has them is the ToysRUs in Times Square and the Nintendo World Store. The latter needed at least a 7 hour in-line wait and the former is completely unpredictable. Oh there's of course a 2 hour wait there often anyway.

I certainly hope you didn't mean that you can just walk into your neighborhood electronics store and buy one off the shelf.

It's the worst feeling when you camp out and are out of luck...I really hope I get a Wii on Sunday...I lined up from 3:30AMish at Walmart and was not able to score...The lady right in front of me got the last one...

Welp, I work for UPS, and I checked and found out that Eb games here got a ton in yesterday. But of course the manager said that they didnt have them. I said well I work for UPS and the driver came to me and said that he delivered them, he of course said ooh no we dont, whoever told you that! Anyhow I was at best buy a bit later and ran into one of his employees and he told me yah they have to hold them till Sunday, they have a contract to do that with Nintendo! SO once again he lied. Im tired of their attitutdes, he was like yah my manager will never tell anyone when they get them. Also the best buy door greeter was an ass today when he said yah we dont have any and i was like are you sure? The UPS semi truck was backed up to your unloading dock, he smarts back i know cause im good. I said you honestly dont have any clue do you, he was like whatever, I said uh huh cya. SO it seems they are all holding them back till Sunday. Target, EB games for sure and possibly Best buy as well. Ill be there, hope this tip helps yall!
