Went to a local Toys 'R Us to ask if they were getting a shipment. And the fella told me after Christmas. I asked if he was sure and he slightly nodded his head. Went to a Best Buy and asked someone from the gaming Dept. the same thing and he said they weren't getting a shipment in overnight. I was planning on getting in line real early tomorrow, but now I'm not so sure. Don't wanna freeze my butt off only to find a shipment didn't even come in. I'd shoot myself.

I know that a lot of these employees are clueless or diliberately misinform, but I never like to hear that they don't expect any to come in.

I know its not for another month and yeah, it's expensive but think of it this way. You're guaranteed one, you don't have to wait in line, you can sell whatever shit you don't want/need.

Then again, you might be able to get your hands on one before then.

i called toys r us and the lady said no wiis until after christmas 100%..... I am not sure now.I may go out around midnight to see if anyone else is camping and if not head out around 5:30 am .....

Well, the WiiSeeker website did just change their shipment expectations to the 21-22 window. I guess this means the shipment might come in mid day and they're selling them when they get them.

I have no clue though. I hate being in the dark like this. EBay is just too outrageously priced right now.

I just called two TRUs. One of them said they just got their truck a little while ago and they had none, and the other said they don't expect any until 1/1/07. So I'm still hoping that the first one I called will get them tomorrow, but now I don't know if they'd get the shipment overnight or during the day.

Called the local Target as well, and they said pretty much the same thing Jeremy. They weren't 100% sure they'd be getting Wii's in for tomorrow, but they said a truck was delivering and they were hoping to have some. Sounds like Target is my best camping bet right now. It's all a big roll of the dice anyways.

Toys R Us is the best place to camp now, they already confirmed they're getting Wii's. The other stores have said nothing.
