He is not going to go home and search ebay for a Wii he is going to find the next store out there that has a shipment date and camp it again.
Also by your definition of who deserves things Hitler should have completed his genetic "cleansing" because of the time/effort he put into fidning the most efficient way of mass murder. He put plenty of time and effort into that cause so by your standard they are justified in what they did.

mm, i failed the first time at camping out.
now, i hope to get this system.

soon as they recieve the item they will put it on the shelves.
leaving in the afternoon, would be just fine?
i'd hope so.
tomorrow, i'm visiting TRU.

okay, who compared scalping to hitler? i mean come on, its not that serious, its a game system, maybe the guy's just trying to make a buck, he does have a gf, which i know is expensive so cut him some slack. if someone wanted one THAT bad theyd get in line earlier or just get one for $100 more somewhere. its a free country, so drop the subject, it can't be argued. anyways.....
On a happier note, my mom had my aunt check the toys r us in time square since she was in the city today, and im glad to say they got a bunch in, not sure of the exact number, but it was afternoon and there was a 2 hour wait and she still got one, plus a remote and nunchuck, so there had to be a lot. So, I'm glad I don't have to hunt anymore, and will be playing tomorrow night when I get it from my aunt's house =)

You can't justify yourself by saying that people are lazy. You can't claim that you deserve a system more than someone else who won't wait in line in sub zero weather to get a video game console. You're as bad as those f*ckers who happen to get 100 tickets to a concert that has a 4 ticket purchase limit and then sells the tickets for 5 times the price. You are the reason that people don't have a fair chance at getting Wii's and you are the reason that people end up paying $200 for so they can get their kid what they want for Christmas.

As far as I know there isn't any store that will have a guaranteed stock for Friday. TRU was reported to have stock to sell but some had already sold their stock today. Apparently against direction not to.

Yes thats what those SOBs near me did today, after their unwillingness to say anything on Wed night. I asked if they would hold shipments for a morning release or let them out during day when they get em, prick manager would not say.

Friday-Wal-Mart, marietta(near big chicken  ) shipment in at 1pm
Sunday- Circuit City(exit 5 on 400, *doesn't remember name of road, but it's near the buildings that look like a king and a queen)
Tuesday
Eb Games(120 loop, near where Home Depot is taking over the shoping center >.>) but they are not sure if it will be but it might

It's all very annoying.
Some claim to not know anything, while some seem to say that there will be shipment this week.
My local Toys R Us sucks. They keep on saying they don't know when they're getting shipments (or that they're getting them next week). It's far away enough that I can't just "drop by" to check out. (shrugs) Maybe I'll do a drive by late tonight...or something.
There seems to be some hope with my local Circuit City...but nothing's confirmed...so I don't really know whether to go line up or not (it's raining heavily over here).
BB...while seeming to have confirmed something earlier with one employee...is now unknown since they don't seem to know whether they come in or not.
I think I'll be calling these places over and over again throughout the night...and if some stock comes in, I'll rush there...I suppose.

guys, stop, seriously. hitler? how the fukc did he get into this thread? i know that its differfent here in the states (im from germany), but please. you cant just compare anything bad to hitler. that kind of belittles what he did. and thats not good.
anyhow: we live in a capitalistic society here, just look to all those online retailers that sell the wii in a bundle with games no one gives a fukc about. same thing. they wanna make money.
