Ok...We went to Best Buy here in Lake Charles,LA like 4 times yesterday(sunday)

The manager is real cool. He told me that they're supposed to get 9 wii's in while i was there. Finally about 30 minutes before they closed he told me it looks like the Fedex truck isn;t going to make it before they close. He told me if i come in Tuesday morning they should have the 9 in stock and ready to be sold.

We'll be checking this out tomorrow morning.

I'll probably go an hour or two early. I don't expect too many people to be expecting it. It took alot of asking to get him to admit they were getting 9.

Friday i was 5th in line at toys r us here and they only had 4. That sucked!

Wait do you think they'll have them first thing in the morning when they open or when they get their regular shipment of stuff from 12-3 PM (or some time frame like that)?

I got a $250 giftcard to my local mall and EBgames is the only videogame store there so...

and I had a wii the week after it came out, but eBayed it and made $150 profit. (got to best buy an hour before they opened and waited in line for ticket hand outs)

and I had a wii a few weeks later, played wii sports and returned it (because I don't play videogames much)

but my girlfriend's brother just got one with zelda, and it's actually really cool. I think i want one

Anyway if your hardcore like us, you will go in the morning when it opens, and stand at teh door ready to attack anyone coming in with boxes.

looks like a lot of stuff is available at ebgames 12/26. i'm inclined to think this just means the sales start tomorrow until the 2nd of january, not the availability. if it does mean the availability of wiis (and all these other things in the big ad), they will have to have an ENORMOUS shipment of goods tomorrow.
