Just tried the EB, gamestop, Walmart, and Target in my area (Piscataway, NJ) Every store said the same thing, no Wii's, don't know when we are getting more Wii's, try again next year. A little fishy that a store with such a huge supply chain like Wal Mart, who forces suppliers to use RFID tags, doesn't know when the next shipment of Wii's is coming. Oh well I'll just have to try again next year.

TRU gets a shipments daily so you might not want to give up hope.
but wether there's wiis in the shipment or not, that's the question.

Gamestop in Hamden, CT have none. No idea when they will be coming. Claimed everyone is advertising and it means nothing....blah, blah, blah. As a frustrated consumer, this is a really poor reflection on Nintendo that they are unwilling to provide information to the retailers selling Wii consoles. Other than to create a marketing and advertising frenzy over their product, does anyone have any idea why Nintendo would keep everyone in the dark like this? The game is obviously selling well enough that you would think such market supply manipulation would be unnecessary.

I have heard that they are getting midday shipments, so I advise you all go after lunch and see.

I plan on doing that, and If I can't get one, I'm getting that nice $150 racing wheel for the 360 lol

I've been lurking on these boards for the last week and made coutless trips to stores. Im happy to say that Gamestop received some units today and I was able to get one!

This was the Gamestop at the Square One Mall in Saugus, MA.

B/c I said when is lunch and she said at twelve. And she said I made it just for you, but regardless if I don't get one i'm gonna buck lol

Did you go to the store, or did you call? because im finding that calling isnt much help, if you go to the store maybe theres a higher chance they will give you it...

My fiancee was out looking for them this morning. She tailed the UPS guy until he got to Gamespot. Calling doesnt seem to work...I usually get a "no" regardless of the actual availability.

That is exactly what i have been thinking. How do you tail a UPS guy? where do they even start..? Do we go on the freeway and keep an eye out for one?

No idea how she did it. I'm surprised by her tenacity. I think she spotted him making rounds at the mall and followed him until he got to Gamespot.

believe it or not, i actually had a dream about wii last night. How i eventually got the last one at some retailer store and so i ran outta the store to get my parents to pay for it. when i came bak to the store their were three kids touching my wii. than my mom woked up me to go out for boxing day. N no luck finding a wii. god damit

HAHA! Oh my god! Me too! I had this dream where I went to Sears(?) for some reason and asked if there were Wiis. The person said yes and brought one, but I didn't have money. I went to get my mom when I woke up..
