I realized that mine DOES glow blue, but it seems to only do so when I have new messages.

That blue light calls to me in my dreams. I need to get a Wii. 33 yr old man with a 360 and all I can do is haunt the forums at a whisper of availability of the Wii. *sigh* Why o why did I believe there would be enough units to go round.
