Some games will have you save automatically, others have a save feature in the game which may be accessed by pausing the game and selecting save from the pause menu or by going to save locations in the game.

Once saved, it will be saved to your Wii.

How are people this abysmally stupid able to even buy a Wii?

You should have to take a basic competency test or something in order to own one.
