BBC iPlayer For Wii
Quote:
The iPlayer on the Wii is currently being tested and the BBC expects to release more test versions in late 2008. An early version of the service is available from 9 April. It is only available in the UK to licence-fee payers.
The iPlayer will be accessible via the internet channel on the Wii console. The BBC said a message would be sent to Wii owners to alert them to its availability.

BBC iPlayer lets you watch a wide range of BBC broadcast shows online.
Sadly it'll only be available for UK users (or people with UK proxies ).

the funny thing is, when iplayer was first launched, it worked on the Wii, and then they did some shizzle and it stopped working - glad to hear it's working again! (If only this happened two days ago! I lugged one of computers downstairs to plug it up to my widescreen so i could watch some iplayer stuff on the big screen!)

Mario Kart early and Nintendo deal with BBC, America is losing its status as a superpower quicker than I expected. British are taking over.
