That's definitely possible if you go the eBay or online classifieds route. Do you guys have anything like Craig's List there (online classifieds)? If so, that'd be the best route. If you go the eBay/Paypal route, you'll lose a lot in fees. $375 USD (about 190 in GBP or whatever) would be knocked down to maybe $315 after fees.

Just consider your options. Look for online classified stuff, local classifieds (like in the paper or something), game store trade-in, and eBay.

To get accurate eBay prices, just price the individual items based on COMPLETED auctions. You need an eBay account to get at these.

I was thinking about selling my Wii too, but I have a bunch of VC console games and some Wii points left on my account. If I sold it, those games would still be working for the person that bought it right?

Trade in probably around £250
Ebay around £300

Those are my guesses, my wii with 4 games and 2 sets of controllers sold on ebay for £210

If you're interested i Got $631 AUD (297.353825 British pounds) for the console and 5 games on ebay... That was back when I was a noob on ebay and that was my first sale. So if I was a "more respectable" ebayer and had more feedback etc I probally would have gotten more

EDIT: oh and dont do what i did and sell everything as one package. Do the console (with wii sports) and maybe one good game in one auction. Then sell the games seperateley

And I'll get:
£212 Cash
£235 Store Credit [But then I have to buy from the store and it only sells Pre-Owned]

So I'm going to take the cash and get an Xbox with a couple of games

I'm presuming you're in the UK (unless it's Manchester, US?) - for the best return, split it up and ebay it.

Make sure you CHARGE ENOUGH for postage (can be expensive for heavy / bulky / valuable items - get accurate quotes first)

So if you have "good" auctions you should be able to get about £315, easily enough for your xbox

By "good" auctions I mean, have decent feedback, well presented listings, good pictures, honest descriptions, realistic delivery charges etc.

If you don't under-charge for postage you'll probably make a few extra quid there too...

Im selling GHIII to my mate for £40

So all together I've sold it for £210, Enough for a premium!
