How do I export my Mii as a JPEG?

I want to use my Mii as a Facebook picture...how do I do that?

Three ways of doing it.

1) Take a photo of the screen from the Mii Channel.

2) Use a video capture card to capture the Mii Channel and then screengrab from the output.

3) Go to http://www.myavatareditor.com/ (needs flash 10 to run) which is by far the most accurate online Mii creator and recreate your Mii and screengrab from that.
