Default Homebrewers.
How many of you have Wiiconnect24 on? I know it's not recommended but I liked the feature of having a news/weather channel. I was going to turn it back on but I think I have to update to 4.0 which is not recommended.

if you already have the HBC and everything you need on it, and don't plan on installing anything else for now, then you're fine. i've had not problem. it seems that the issue is installing the HBC.

To my knowledge, Nintendo hasn't done anything to remove homebrew which is already on a Wii, only try to prevent installations.

Yeah I have already installed it. I'm on 3.3 by the way so there isn't any risk of being updated without my permission or them being able to scan my console and detect it?

Not currently as the Twilight Hack wont work now. I'm sure TT will bring something out soon though.

if you already have the HBC installed, you're good to go. i updated and im fine. the 4.0 prevents Twilight hack HBC installation among others.
