Wiimote - Fake or Real - Should I Exchange?

Well its almost been a month since i've owned a Wii and i noticed this awhile ago that the wiimote that probably came with either Wii Play or the console is a bit "different"

Mind you i bought this at Futureshop.

The mystery one is more white, has a darker clear material for the A button, the buttons are more audible [- and + buttons are audible compared to the other one which you barely even hear], the Wii logo is darker and power button is lighter.

There are no burrs though.

In the battery compartment, it has the pads just like the other mote for the batteries, doesn't have the indent in the plastic that is between the batteries, doesn't have a Nintendo sticker inside, and the circuit board from the holes i can see through look different.

Speaker wise, same volume as far as i can tell. Vibration seems similar, maybe slightly more noisy. Usability wise seems similar cept earlier today it seemed like it was registering the A button till i got out of the wii menu to one of the channels which it stopped automatically selecting without a key press.

So yeah, fake or real?

And should i exchange it? [i got till NEXT monday (Apr 13)]
