would anyone know if you can use the Z button along with the trigger button on resident evil to shoot with the wii zapper? Pressing the A button on the zapper while holding the trigger seems a little difficult. I was just wondering if anyone knew an easier way to do it, or if that is the only way? thank you in advance.

There definitely is an easier way of pressing A when using the zapper. I think it is Z (maybe C). You have to change the control scheme on the settings menu though.

sorry to ask again but i am unable to find the options that offers changing buttons. on the option screen it says

options
retry or load
controller setup > inverted aim and rumble then exit
brightness adjust
audio setup
exit

did i get the wrong RE4? it says wii edition with the umbrella on it.

my fiance went to bed frustrated cause he couldn't shoot, so i thought i'd stay up and try to figure it out for him. thanks again!

nevermind spinty...i figured out the problem

the lady at blockbuster put the WRONG resident evil cd in the case. i was playing Resident Evil wii edition, thats probably why the remote controller option wasn't there. grrrr...i'm gonna have to go back to blockbuster now to get the correct edition. thanks for your help though.

Ah - you have Resident Evil 4 - I was thinking you had Resident Evil: Umbrella Chronicles. I'm sorry, but the Wii Zappper is not compatable with that game - you'll just have to use nun-chuck and remote loose.
