Interesting...I can't find anything on the actual company itself. No website. Also can't find any real details on what was supposedly copied. It's probably something to do with the analog stick. Interesting how it's a Texas company and the court was in Texas with a jury of Texans, suing a company in Japan.

The same company sued M$ and M$ settled. The lawsuit is total crap, I agree. The location of the lawsuit in Texas is "patent lawsuit friendly" apparently, how sad.
