Hi everyone...
I'm a new wii addict and I'd love to get a game my 3 year old can play. She has a hard time playing anything that requires her to push a button and release it at a specific moment (like bowling). Just thought I'd see if any of you have played some fun games that would be easy for her to do.
Thanks!!!
I have a 3.5 year old who had been playing the Wii since he was 2.
He really like Wii Sports Bowling (he can aim real well now), Carnival Games, Super Monkey Ball Banana Blitz. Youngsters seem to like the game that are based on motion.
Super Monkey Ball Banana Blitz has a lot of simples games based on movement such as their batting practice, throwing the hammer, basket shoot, etc.
Carnival games is his favorite especially the games that just involve throwing such as KaPow (where you throw ball at Clowns), dunk -a-carny, milk bottle, frog toss, etc. He also really likes the ski ball and hole in one on Carnival games.
My order would be as follows:
Best Choice: Carnival Games.
2nd Best: Super Monkey Ball
3rd Best: Wii Sports. You can teach your kid to use the controls with a little practice. My son picked up on the bowling well at 2.5. At 3.5 he knows how to pick up most spares.
You also should consider the Leap Frog system which is designed for kids. It is not for the Wii but has a kids keyboards and you can buy extra games all designed for kids from that age up. They arent that expensive. The other game cartridges are kind of high but ebay is a good place to get a bundle of games and be done with it.
scarface...think im kiddin?my 4 year old brother's favorite movie is scarface and tv show is family guy he play GTA and scarface and is very good at it lol..um maybe stick deca sports or wii play.

Go, Diego, Go is designed for younger kids. Grownups can assist (on a second wiimote) with the simple movements needed to progress through the levels.
yeah, i've been planning to get that for my son. but he does love wii sports and wii play as well.

Wario ware, but he'll need a lot of practise. seriously I don't think its a good idea starting at a such young age.
I diagree. I think the games like carnival games and wii sports is great to help them develop hand eye coordination. I would never thing of it for a normal game system with a standard remote.
mhm yes I agree with you, infact Doctors who perform operations which require tools controlled by machines (cameras, drills etc) are way better if they play videogames. But games also disrupt the speed and quality of learning, which also has been proven, scientifically. Thats why I recommend a good time to start with video games is at the age of 5 or 6 and the wii is ofcource of great advantage because of its easy to understand remote both casual and Hard core gamers are satisfied by this technology.

My 4 year old (not quite 4 yet) doesnt go and play the Wii by himself. It is part of family activity and it is more than just hand and eye coordination. he is having fun and interacting.
He plays maybe two times a week. The Wii is much different that standard video games.
Does it really make much difference if he plays with his block set or plays Wii bowling against his dad?
I almost forgot... Brawl!
I was playing Brawl with my little cousin the other day (she's 4 or 5) and she was having a lot of fun! She actually wasn't that bad either...
