I noticed how some games are use to be 49.99 but few weeks/month later, the price of the game shrinks to 29.99 or 39.99
why?

In the UK we pay £40 a game. Which if you convert it is $80US, While you pay $50 a game

Regardless, you pay around $50 for a game, we pay $100. That equals about $98 US. So, even if there is a thirty dollar difference between the "amount of work" we do, we are still paying an extra $20. Don't think it's much? Try forking out an extra $20 just for the "fun" of it next time you buy something.

Oh no what i meant was completly different, im not saying that you guys a re being cheap what i was trying to say was that in an average work day here you get 70 bucks i thought that over their you would get 100 bucks if you worked the same amount of hours

For that very reason, I try to wait a couple weeks before I buy a game. And rarely pre-order. Unless it's something that's really hyped, and could be difficult to get. (like Guitar Hero, and Mario Kart)

But I too noticed the price drop thing, about a month ago. I got Speed Racer the day it came out. Most sites showed it as $49, I found it at Toys R US for $29, they upped the price a week later to $49, and in a matter of a couple weeks, most places are at $29.
