Might be a silly question, but does it actually contain the twilight princess game? All im seeing is a soundtrack and some packaging

I don't think so. Mainly because it costs $40. It does include

-1/6th scale replicas of Link's sword and shield
-certificate of authenticity
-official soundtrack

...all sealed up in a glossy full-color box with faux-velvet flocking.

It's probably something Zelda fan-boys will purchase, or something that will be sold on eBay for double/triple its value, just because of rarity.
