Always stick to official products as third party ones tend to be of questionable quality
Unless its a Hori product

No necessary...especially those attachments that make the Wii remote look like sports equipment (sorry to those who have em). You're in a game where you character is a glorified stick figure. If your imagination can overlook that fact, you don't need a little plastic circle tacked onto the end of your remote to make you think you're swinging a tennis racquet.
None of that stuff is actually a controller...just plastic stuff you attach to your Wii Remote (and stuff that you'll probably never use). The only attachment like that that's worth getting is a gun, and the one on that site isn't the good one.
Save your money and just get a component cable if your TV has the inputs and some NiMH batteries at first.

They won't make the game more fun. You don't even look at your controller while playing a game, so having a plastic golf club attached to the end of the remote isn't going to make it more fun. If you want to have more fun, spend the money on actual games instead.
And there have been cases of attachments coming loose and flying across the room and breaking things (not sure which brand of attachments).

Gumbyray I have silicon skins and find them useful. But I've seen a lot of accessories and they're 90% junk, just stuff moms buy for their kids, with them thinking "what did I do to deserve a golf club attachment?"

Plus how realistic is it to have a little 12" golf club? Maybe if the silly things were actual size I could see the benefit. (Then imagine the damage they'd do.)

I don't think you really have to worry about the build quality, there not very complicated, not my cup of tea, but if you think they'll help you get into the game go ahead and buy em
