Wii Channels

how do you drag a channel from the second section of channels to the first, cause i have one more spot on my first section and i have one channel (internet channel) on the second section. I have tried but it doesn't move over.

Hover over the channel and press A and B simultaneously to grab it, then drag it over to the + or - sign that will appear at the side of the screen. Hold it over that sign (while still holding A and B) and the page will scroll.
