Wii in Australia thread

i must say the wii has had no love in catalogs from like kmart and that jazz. its all ps3 and xbox 360. i went to bockbuster and there was heaps of ps3 and xbx360 games and guess what wii games there where?.... zelda tp, wario ware and mama cooking game ahh that just gives me the shites

Had a dig on this on gamespot and review isn't too bad - looks like a pretty unique, interesting and refreshing type of game. Mind you I've never played this on DS but being a being a big fan of House MD I'd definately get this.

I wonder if you get to cut up people

on another note, I think smash brothers is going to be the biggest selling game of 2007 and possibly the best selling game of all time.

just think about it, the wii has sold more consoles than anything ever has thus having a very large unit base and i think around 90% of all wii console owners will buy smash brothers and bring online into the picture and it's a godsend.
but hey thats just a guess, ssbb could end up bieng a shit game that has had little time and effort put into it, but that would be a lie..

Having looked into it quite a lot, I've decided that Strikers will be my first game purchase for the Wii (I got Sports and Play with the Wii). I did consider Call of Duty 3 at one stage, but I've just rented and finished it.

Other games I'm looking forward to are Trauma Centre, Mario Party 8, SSBB, Metroid, Battalion Wars 2, Pokémon Battle Revolution, MySims and Harvest Moon.

Two models of guitars will be released with the game: Gibson Guitar’s Les Paul and Kramer. The Kramer, however, will be exclusive for the PS2. A number of new features will be included in Guitar Hero III as well, including multi-player battle mode, boss battles, a great deal of unlockable content and authentic rock venues. Online multiplayer game modes will also be expanded, so soon you’ll be rocking all over the world.

GUITAR HERO III OUT BY AUTUMN APPARENTLY!

A sample of the initial tracks included with the game are:

• Paint It Black (by The Rolling Stones)
• Cherub Rock (by Smashing Pumpkins)
• Sabotage (by Beastie Boys)
• The Metal (by Tenacious D)
• My Name is Jonas (by Weezer)
• Knights of Cydonia (by Muse)

I have Pokemon Diamond!

It's the same as other Pokemon games, but i have always been a Pokemon fan.

So despite everybody's comments about Pokemon being corny, i still got it

A bit off topic but YAY, I finally found my PSP i lost it after i moved like 6 months ago, I thought i may have left it at my old house and it was gone forever. But i found it today in a box right at the bottom.

You got the pokemon! how did you get them on the bus haha! I pre order Mario in short shorts today traded in red steel, Zelda, rayman and um another game which was *drum roll but the drummer has a heart attack half way through* Need for speed! which got me $120 so I chucked the rest onto galaxy but will probably use it on something else!
