It's even WORSE when he plays my Wii! Because he usually only plays it when he's got friends around! Like if HE owned the Wii, then I certainly wouldn't ask my friends around and play it, without asking!!

Called Nintendo to get a Wii Jacket today (Australia) and was put on hold for about 5 minutes but got it afterwards.

I never bothered to get the Wii jackets

. I finally was able to get Super Mario Galaxy today. I'm 15 stars in and really enjoying it, the graphics are superb!

I never got the Jackets but i got the improved wrist straps awhile ago. Are the jackets worth it? Also i have to agree that the graphics for SMG is one of the best for wii right now.

Well they said it would take about 2 weeks to get here. I also have Galaxy and after 6 hours of play I have around 30 stars.

About SMG once you get all 5 Grand Stars is that the normal story over? And all thats left is to find the hidden stars or is there more to it?

I think I've only got 2 Grand Stars - and an unknown amount of normal stars. But the stage where you have to go surfing -- I SUCK at it. Maybe I just lack the necessary co-ordination or something... Like, in Mario Party in the skateboaring mini-game I was never very good... I always seemed to end up in the lava, or caught by the ghost.

Anyhoo looking at the Smash Bros Dojo, the update; Returning Pokemon had a handful of pictures of pokemon, now just looking at them I can't help but notice how plain, dull anmd flat the textures are, they look a lot similar to the Pokemon from Pokemon Stadium 1 and 2. Some of them look alright and obviously in game you probabbly will be too focused on other things to really care but it just really stands out to me how dull they look in the screenshots....Togepi is the only one out of the screenshots shown that doesn't look to bad.

I think I have 3 grand stars and about 40 stars in Galaxy, I don't want to rush through it to fast! As for the Pokemon, it does not look like as much effort was put into them.

I might be out most of Friday night! But I'll be hanging around Friday morning and afternoon - probably afternoon by the time I decide to drag myself out of bed! But I'll try and get on... Just probably won't be able to until late. But I'll try.

I too am trying to take SMG slow! I don't want it to be over so quickly.

Hello everyone, I'm gonna post real quick because I still gotta go over everything in maths, although I know it all, just wanna be sure....

If tomorrow isn't very good for everyone, we can make it Sat night as well, how about, anyone just post when they wanna go on and they can do it then? It can be a 3 day celebration, if you miss out tomorrow night, then there's still all Sat and Sun.

They look pretty ass, but the graphics might get cleaned up before then. Look at some of the PCs (Link, Wario, Mario, etc.) graphics seem to...range? from ass to =3

My brother is having a party on Saturday (I'm a twin!), BUT I am hoping it's over by 5, because he does have a Xmas party to attend. I think. And I hope he still does. My brothers parties are never good - loud music, that I always dislike and THEIR friends!

Oh! I sent you the e-mail about the 'New' Speed Cameras. I loved it. When I got send it I was thinking 'What's this meant to be? Some loser trying to spread the news about new cameras?' If only they were real... The Pacific Highway really needs them. I travel along it every week probably - from about oh, Ballina and Byron Bay too Tweed Heads I have only TWICE seen police on the road. When was the new highway put through? A fair while ago... and it's been getting upgrades since.. BUT, my god only twice! And it shocked me, it really did. The speed limit is 110 - does anyone go it? No one. I have a friend that says her parents put cruise control on 120, just because!

Hey guys did some number crunching as it has been one year since I bought my Wii and I wanted to see how much I have actually used it...
-SOooooo how much playtime has it receivied? 541hrs total. Or 22.5days straight.
-There was a period where it wasnt touched for 20days (when I got my PC).
-First day I owned it I played for 8.5hrs.
-It averaged out at 1hr40mins of play a day. (Not much really).
-And the longest playtime it got in one day was 13hrs (although it may have spilled over into the next day).

I'll look back later to see which game I have played the most.
BTW I just added up all the hours on the Wii message board thingy...took bloody ages.

I think that the graphics for SSBB are weird - the characters look great but the items look pretty woeful so far.

I got the original Smash Bros. today

I had it a while ago but it got forcibly removed from my possession...

It's back now though.

Hello! And thank you Eagles and gpoleweski for you birthday wishes! ... It seems parents decided for my birthday to get me up at the ungodly hour of 7am. Anyhoo! I am now awaiting some kind of message from my friends - and I certainly expect them to wish me a happy birthday. I shall be signed onto MSN all day awaiting it. Now, I may not be ON the computer, but it shall prod them into action. Because if I appear Offline they go 'But I think you were offline.' Apparently they have never heard of the concept of 'appearing offline' and 'offline messaging.'

Anyway - I bought my Wii on about the 9th. I've said it before, but my town doesn't really have any stores that sell cool things, so I had to wait until the weekend to go somewhere decent. Funny though - on the 9th I was told (Big W) had HEAPS of Wii's left. About Two weeks later (when my Wii threw a hissy fit) they said they ALL SOLD OUT on the 7th. I was tempted to them they didn't, but I don't think it really would have helped. Sure, they probably meant by then they had sold out, it's just the way the person phrased it it sounded like they were saying they had no more AT ALL after the 7th.

Anyway - because of that and having to get a replacement Wii I can't calculate accurately (enough) how long I've played it for. Let's just settle on I have no life between this forum, the Wii and other internet sites. I seem to hang around here more and more often. I go through... Where I appear then disappear again. This is the longest I've ever stayed around!

Edit: And WOW I am 4001!
