i dont like mew, catching a picture of it just screws the scoring system.
I do admit i was sorta angry, but i was rather anticipating.
Nintendo entusiast interested in macabre horror? Thats an unusual combination. Head over to the FF forums, or dare i say. 4chan?

I like blood and gore.
Speaking of which - Resident Evil 4 and Umbrella Chronicles -- That's exactly why I don't ask parents to buy me video games. They get confused easily, particularly if they don't understand, and they never do. No matter how much you explain 'I want Resident Evil 4, NOT Resident Evil Umbrella Chronicles! Umbrellas are BAD' Anyway, something similar has happened to me. Fortunately I managed to stop my mother before she purchased it. Whatever it was. It was some similar title game or something. Heck, even asking her to get me a DVD is hard. For instance, 'The Holiday', she kept calling it 'The Vacation'. And there are heaps of other instances like that. I make sure to stand right next to parents -- also I buy my own christmas presents. No surprises for me. I'd rather sacrifice that surprise and make sure they get me something I'll like.

I don't mind the old bit of blood and gore, but come on - it's Kill Bill. Kill Bill is awesome.
I still think Garubo is hilarious.
My Dad thought "lol" stood for Lots Of Love. His texts were always so confusing...
And Eki:
I totally agree. I have to write THE MOST specific list, including what to say to the retailers, how to get to the shop, etc. Surprises are always so... disappointing, lol.

Im deciding whether i should just play the freaking game, or go to the shop tomorrow and turn it back in, yell at them, then get the correct version (hopefully for free).

Where'd you buy it from? EB have a policy where you can return the game no questions asked within a week after purchase.

Thats pretty strange I don't see how you could get mixed up between that and RE:4. Very strange indeed... is RE:UC more expensive than RE:4?
I am heading down in about five minutes to go get me Link's Crossbow trainning . Using last nights pay (bugger you xbox 360 savings) to buy it, and maybe finally get around to buying some new stylus..es, I lost all mine . As a result of no stylus...es I haven't been playing many DS games, I know you don't always use the stylus but I dunno.

If anyone wants to give me a Christmas gift through the giving system on the Wii Shop Channel feel free . I think I'm getting Super Paper Mario for Christmas and Zelda: Phantom Hourglass. I never got around to getting them!
Wow this is like the first time I've posted from my Wii, using a USB keyboard is so convenient.
BTW I don't like your signature AndThen?. It's to bloody.

Ahhh, I love being a hockey puck ball! To make up for my pointless post, I bring you the new and improved pointed post. (Users use at own risk, chance of getting a sharp point in the eye is very high).I now have 113 stars on Galaxy! I'm nearly there! Half a cheer for me...HIP HIP...HOO!
Anyway, it wasn't that pointy, but I'm bored, and tired still and I'm supposed to vacuum soon and I dont think you should use this many "ands" in a sentence!

Yeah RE: UC is like 30 bucks more expensive than RE4.
I went back to the shop today and guess what? They didnt have any copies in stock, HOW CONVENIANT. Plus they would not give my cash back and would only let me use the money as store credit. So i was forced to buy MP3 as a result. After all I did need to get that game, but I wasnt planning to until ages. I WANT RE4 NOW DAMMIT.
As soon as i heard you could give gifts after the update I immediantly went to the shop channel, only to realise that you have to pay for the game AGAIN to send it. Its epic phail, worse than that 'cruising game.
I didnt like SPM that much, its nothing like its predecessors.

That's a bit unfair that they didn't refund you if it was a mistake they made at least you got MP3 (which I'm not sure if I'll get till later, much later).

Link's Crossbow trainning is awesome . I'm not sure wether the plastic shell helps much though, I see no difference between using it and not using it but meh its a Zelda game (Yes spin-off but..) and a bit of plastic for $44, well worht it you must all but it now

Big W refused to give you your money back? You didn't do it right then. I got my money back when my Wii decided to screw up - and they didn't have any Wiis in stock. In fact, I've got money back on a DVD boxset that cost like $60 before - when they had no more in stock. Of course, they might say 'No, we don't do that for wrong selection,' But you don't really need to explain why you are returning it, you just are.
Next time scream and rage. Maybe it doesn't help, but it makes you feel better. But its not right for them to refuse to give your money back, even though you returned it a few days later, and most likely unused. I also believe you could claim you parents asked for 'Resident Evil 4' and was given the wrong game, therefore its not exactly a change of mind. How are parents meant to know it was the wrong game? It seems entirely the fault of the person who sold it to you. You should have got your money back.
Places always try and screw you over. Big W always tries it. Depends on the store, and who you talk to, I guess. In Ballina Big W they once refused to take back an item my Mum bought, they said she would have to send it off to the supplier. I took a similar item to another Big W and they exchanged it straight away. I worked at Woolies - ranting and raving helps. While it doesn't ALWAYS - there are occasions when it does.
