About a week or so ago, the Fire Brigade and the Ambulance was called out to the Uni - it stopped near the Environmental Science building. I'd just walked past the group like 5 minutes before the ambulance came rushing past me, and I didn't see anyone injured or anything... But yeah, it interests me what happened. Like, if it was just the firies then it could have been easily a false alarm... but the ambulance? But yeah, did you hear (or maybe there) anything about that? Lab explosions for example? That would be fun.

I know there was a drill in one the buildings I was in once... Nobody knew where to go, so if that building would burning down, bomb threat etc, everyone would stand RIGHT OUTSIDE. Some people did ask if there were any labs nearby. I lol'd at that. But yeah, not entirely sure what the point of that drill was. If there really was a fire there would be a mad rush while everyone ran to their cars and left the campus. The mad rush would be more dangerous then the actual fire.

And yes, It's just a car! It doesn't even have feelings. Okay, so I don't have a car... So yeah. Well, unless your car is a Transformer then it might have feelings.

No one takes notice of our Uni fire drills. If it was a real fire we probably would just continue work thinking it was a drill.

I once had a fire drill at uni when I was on the 7th floor of that particular building, needless to say I was fine, but the disabled guy in my class wasn't too happy

It took people a while to notice the bell was ringing - and that it continued to ring. And even then people got up and kind of hovered in the room. Like they didn't want to be the ones to leave the room first.

We all sorta looked at each other for a while, then someone came and told us to evacuate, then we all looked at the disabled guy, thankfully two other people volunteered to carry him down 7 flights of stairs....

. It's good people volunteered though, seven flights of stairs is pretty harsh...

what a waste of a W/e all i did was watch footy and play computer games... wait a second ! that is awsome! i had a jolly good w/e will we have MKW by next weeknd or is it the 1 after that...

Ill wait a bit for MKW afterf it comes out. apparently its the same Old kart we have had....not thats bad or nothin.

Thats the third time this semester. The first time it was a drill ( but the fire brigade still came....wtf) Second time was a chem spill in the chemistry lab ( i only heard this i wasnt there)...this latest time (wasnt me or my class) Was some tool didnt use a fume cupboard when doing an experiment with chlorine gas

Needless to say old Muzza wasnt too happy I bet.

Oh btw Do you know Murry C? He is my Chem lecturer and one of the most funny guys ove ever met ( Even for a chemist!)

I don't even know my OWN lecturers names. I get e-mails from them and it takes me a while to work out which class was cancelled or gave an extension on an assessment.

As for MKW... (still think that means Mortal Kombat and we should all remember my err unhealthy obsession with that) I think I may have to wait a bit before I get it. I just can't force myself to spend the money to buy it. I'm not working at the moment, and I spent a couple hundred dollars on clothes last week. I know have about 20 pairs of jeans. Oh you know, the different styles, the different colours/shades... But anyhoo, I will get it eventually of course!

Nah, I can understand with some othe things...but I wear the same clothes day in day out, if these clothes are in the wash...I don't know what else to wear...
