No, I can't attach "any" mouse to the Mac computers at Uni. I have to deal with whatever mouse THEY attach to it. And they seriously found the worst ones they possibly could. I have had nothing but trouble with the Mac computers, even my iPod gave me trouble when I first got it. iTunes decided to crap itself everytime I plugged in my iPod, and said there was some kind of error. I fixed it, but it was annoying. PC for the win. Oh, and these Mac computers are fairly new, and they still suck. You go and complain to the IT desk that the Mac computer has committed suicide and they just go 'Err yeah, well.. uh, try another one. How am I meant to know how to fix it?' MAYBE BECAUSE YOU ARE THE IT HELP?! Okay, so maybe that wasn't their exact words, but they may as well have said that.

Were you programming your iTunes on a PC? I do it all on Mac, and have never had a problem. Mac for the win.


Again, the problem lies with your IT department, not Macintosh. I've never known my iMac or my MacBook Pro to "commit suicide". From my experience, PC computers crash a lot more.
