ah yes.. hill starts.. handbrake on, first gear, let clutch out untill you can feel/see the rev's drop. let handbrake off slowly and let clutch out at same time as your putting on more accell.

they were a pain in the ass when i was learning. but the more you do them the better you are at it. just wait untill you get to parallel parking.. i still hate doing it.

to be honest. i myself dont like being behind learner drivers. not because hey are slow. but incase they brake suddenly for some unknown reason. and i plow into the back of them. and i'll be at fault because i would of been following too close.

i have no problem with them learning and going slower than other drivers. because like the plate says. they are learning the road rules. like EVERYONE ELSE who has their lisence.

haha yeah sorry about the typing errors. with this wireless keyboard it can only process to many key strokes per second before it starts skipping them.

for instance. i am typing this fairly slow. but if i go fast it will turn out like this:

hey all i am typing fast here nd i am perfetly good at it.

see the missing a and c

and no i didnt forget them.

edit: some learner driver cars have on-board camera installed . so they pick up the lisence plates of people who drive recklessly around the learner driver. pretty good i think, they should impliment those cameras on all learner cars.

yeah that sounds like anothe good idea i havnt had any pro lessons yet just form my dad i still dont use the hand break when doing hill starts i just rev the shit and go go go and it workszz=D

that hand brake makes it sooo much easier.

but seriously guys... get as much professional training as you can. driving with parents is fine. but you can pick up bad habbits from them aswell.

i've been driving for what... 4 years

. and the best thing is to get as much seat time as you can.

My dad taught my brother and sister, and they both got their P's and all one the first go...Only one thing was one time. We were going up to the mountains, my sis on her L's on a PACKEd road..She had her indicator on to get into the LEFT lane, because we were in far RIGHT, thanks to the stupidity of the roads up there. And some women, came up beside us and started swearing the shit out of her ass at us.

We were like...what the ****!? My sister was having a panic attack from it and crying. So, because I was closest to her car, I wound down my window and screamed 'SHUT THE HELL UP! CAN'T YOU SEE SHE'S GOT THE INDICATOR ON!? SMART THING TO DO WOULD BE TO LET US IN YOU PRICK!' My mum was sistting in the back with me and my bro becuase my dad was in the front and she was just like...'You dick'...

After that she gave us the finger and sped of...WAY! too fast for the limit...And guess what...She was on her RED P's.

Anyhoo, E3's getting closer and so's Supanova...Looking forward to both. Lets hope that E3's got some good in store for the Wii.

I think I'll need to listen to some of my Engineering lectures again in preparation for the exams. I might be up for some Mario Kart later if anyone is interested.
