thats right... It is illegal to sell cigs to under 18's...but as you said its not illegal to smoke if you are under 18.

With alcohol. It is illgeal to sell of supply alcohol to a under 18... However it is not illegal for an under 18 to consume alc in a private residence.

i tell ya what. dont EVER work in a place with bitchy females. i for one have had enough of the s***hole and the constant " can you do this?" " this needs to go today"

Minors on licensed premises--

A minor is a person who is under 18 years of age.

Under the Liquor Act, a minor is not permitted to be on licensed premises, and as a licensee, it is your responsibility to ensure minors do not gain entry to licensed premises.

The exceptions are if the minor is a resident, employee, person conducting lawful business, training or work experience, at a function, eating a meal, or accompanied by a responsible adult.

Unfortunately, I couldn't find anything that directly said they are allowed to sell. Keep in mind this is Queensland Law.

I had a crazy female boss at Woolies. She was sooooo bad. And had absolutely no concept of the rights of the employee or anything. My favourite thing she did was telling me, a casual, that I had to do HER job and find my own replacement if I couldn't make a shift! Correct me if I'm wrong, but isn't that part of the supervisor's job?

ZOMFG, there is an awesome 10minute motorbike chase on metal gear solid 4..... theres a part where a hummer blows up right in front of u, and all game goes in bullet time as this giant truck goes hurling just missing your head. its freaking sweet! Definately one of the best games ever. To get to the moto chase u have to creep thru the streets of england in an old skool detective outfit following some guy, and silently strangling guards along the way.
