It was good, But they stole ALL their ideas.
Cast your minds back to atlanta in 1995 ( if some of you were even alive) they almost did the exact same thing to light the tourch(they had a string of gunpowder leading up to it like the one last night)
The actual ceremony was good though!

I didn't watch the torch part. I needed to sleep, and after the Australians marched out I went to bed wondering why the hell I even stayed to watch people walk around in the first place.
Not impressed. Sure, doing everything in sync was good (probably threatened with a bullet for failure) but yeah, I was bored. Apparently I'm in a very small group of dissatisfied people. Of course, I was bored during the Athens opening and the Sydney one too. Atlanta was wayy to many years ago for my mind to remember anything. Plus, I would have been like 6 during Atlanta.

We went to Thai for dinner tonight.
And my sister out of nowhere tried to work out what was with guy's fascinations with azn women..
She concluded its because they look like cuter younger girls, and guys like to take advantage of them...

man that was a blast. good to race like the old times.
if i didnt spend a huge amount of time at the arcade today (6 hours) i probably could of gone another hour or two
zorba: pete may still be racing.. but i think he is only having a few more races untill he calls it quits too.
if everyone is up for it. we can do the same thing in a few weekends time. have a AWC mario kart run
