Yeah, well my lack of uniform was just as warm.
And I wasn't forced to wear a skirt. In winter.

Who doesn't want to wear jeans to school? You know you're all just jealous.

Actually, my school didn't like it either. They just couldn't do anything to stop me. They tried. But they don't give detention. So their little 'non-uniform' slips weren't exactly scary.

I 'canteen' once maybe twice a week for something simple like a drink or cookie. The majority of what is served there is usually covered in five layers of grease and double fried.

Call me crazy but I actually want to get a detention before I finish school, just to see what it's like. If you go through high school without a single det. you are indead a total freak.

But that's not fair. My school didn't really have detention. And when it tried it was like you turn up at lunch and they tell you to go away because it's lunch time and they want to eat.

I once had a class detention. Someone threw a bit of paper at a sub-teacher who threw a hissy fit, and wouldn't let the class leave until someone owned up. Interestingly, everytime someone DID own up she'd say 'YOU LIE!' We didn't really get anywhere, because she ended up ruling out the entire side of the classroom that it could have possibly have come from.

In Primary School I was a total rebel. I practically had a favourite chair in the deputy's office. God knows what I did to teachers in primary school but they hated me. And being primary school, you had all the little tattle tales. You did something "wrong" and they'd be all "You can't do that! I ma gonna tell!" And the thing is... They did.

When tattle tales LIE that is the worst. One of my "friends" told a teacher that the $2 I found in the playground was actually hers! And the teacher actually believed her. "Did you spend Kate's money?" What the hell? I mean, if I said I FOUND it, did they think that it basically meant I STOLE it and I KNEW it was Kate's money? I mean honestly. Can someone really be that stupid?

Kate told me years later in High School she just lied. I love my friends.

Haha, Apollo... our school introduced 'pink slips', collect 5 of those and you were on an afternoon detention. Me and some mates copped afternoon detentions for about 15 weeks straight... needless to say the school shortly realised this plan was epic fail.
One of the teachers thought I was someone else in the year above us and so I'd get pink slips with his name on it. I'd overhear him mention that he'd be getting arvos without receiving pink slips... I LOL'd.
