i cant see why people cant see that evolution and creationism doesnt have to be mutually exclusive.
it is possible that the earth was created by god and has evolved in to what it is today.
if there was no evolution, and the human race was started by 2 people as taught in the bible, then there wouldnt be any different races/colours etc. everyone would all be as they were back then. so evolution is a proven fact.
however, for the entire planet and everything on it to have been created by pure chance is a bit hard to believe also.
I made sure it was short enough that you had to look at it more than once. LOL.
And Zorba I agree.... I believe there must of been a point of creation, and from there on steps of evolution.
Also whats to say that whats written in the Bible isnt ALL that was happpening in the world at the time?
The Bible is mainly of concern to his goal and 'God's people' but there were many races not discussed, and sinful people who are hardly mentioned. (Not saying God's racist).
I believe that there must of been a Creation at some point, why not God who created it? But to rule out evolution completely would be foolish, we can see minor changes happening even today.
But there are WAY too many variations in every creature, and humans are way too complicated to have come from a single-celled creature. PLus the positioning of Earth is too perfectly placed for all the things in it to have happened by pure chance from a single cell. Also I believe the constants visible in all creatures, are too apparent for them to have originated from a single cell, again by chance.
Also the parts about the world having changed shape over time....sure why not? If the world was flooded as said in the Bible, of course land masses would of changed and settled over time.
In other news, my DVD raid was a complete success!
