That is very true, I did some work like that a couple of weeks back, not fun. I'm just glad I'm back to standing in airconditioning again. I'll be doing just that in under 12 hours. yay...not.

I compleltly agree with the $$$ + gf = poor. Luckily, i'm single at the moment. oh what it's like to be free again! and my bank account isn't complaining either

Wow, I should totally work at Coles. But alas, there is the only the local Woolies. Oh well, its not so bad. The local IGA doesn't pay doubletime, or even time and a half. They were forced to even advertise for a check-out supervisor in the papers. With Woolies there are so many supervisors running about that you never know who is actually supervising on that day. Lemme see, there is at least 11 of them. And I bet there would be more.

Australia Day. Lovely. I mustn't be very patriotic. I just don't care. I'm only working 3 hours at double time! Curses and Drats! They get all the younger people to work today.

On a random note, Woolies is about to change their uniform. To this icky green colour. On the bright side, it doesn't appear to need ironing. However, it just doesn't look like it would match the black pants. Perhaps I should ask about that. I'll probably swing by next week (new uniform starts monday) and everyone will be wearing different coloured pants. I hope not. Otherwise I won't have anymore use of the pants.

On another random note, I like Targets uniform. The red shirts! I like them.

Perhaps you don't remember this show. It's old. Made in 1965. It used to be always repeated on TV! Now, I have been wanting to buy this DVD.

In America Time Life is selling FIVE seasons for approx $250 (AUS)

In Australia Time Life is selling TWO seasons for approx $350

Now, if this isn't bad enough. They are selling in American Season One for $51 (Aus) in Australia it costs $150.

Is it just me that see's a problem with this?

You may ask, Australia probably has "extras" the DVDs are exacty the same it appears. Just a lot more expensive over here.

Channel 10 has House, NCIS and Supernatural. They are good. But, thats like all I watch on TV. And even Supernatural... its a little bit silly. But god, reality shows eg. Big Brother, they are an insult to a person's intelligence. Wow these people sit on a lounge and talk, oh so interesting. And it always delays more decent shows like House.

Gah, work in 3 hrs and 15 mins. Even the prospect of double time doesn't change the fact I don't wanna go.
