When you're finished playing a Gamecube game is there a way to quit and go back to the Wii menu?

I've tried reactivating my Wiimote so I can use the "Home" button but that doesn't seem to work (I guess because the Wiimote is disabled in Gamecube mode).

The only thing I could think of to do is eject the disk and reboot the console.
