What can I say?
It dawned on me - as I played GTA4 on my Ps3,'Why don't I feel that gaming buzz?'
I love my Ps3, but I've been feeling that something was missing and it took me a long time to find out what it was.
Well, I found out what and within a few hours I had picked up a Wii for the second time ( I bought two Wii's at UK launch for myself and my nephew).
After a few month's of playing my first Wii, I had lost some of the excitement of playing the Wii - I just found the visuals too similar to my Gamecube and knew that the classic Nintendo titles were to far way on the launch schedule, I knew the Wii had great potential - but just couldn't wait around for the great games.
Fast forward to 2nd of May 2008. I'd been playing GTA4 for 3 days and felt it getting more and more repetitive and that's when it hit me. Total flashbacks of buying a Snes, a GameBoy, a Virtual Boy,N64, GameCube and Wii - and I remembered how magical it felt to play all of them for the first time - and it's that feeling which I missed so much. I practically dropped the Ps3 controller when grabbing my mobile to check Wii stock at my local game and had picked one up with Mario Galaxy, Zak & Wiki and Mario Kart Wii within 2 hours of the call.
I've got to admit it, I made a mistake in selling my first Wii - After playing the Wii again I finally appreciate what quality gaming it has to offer.

I got a wii
Yay I have had a Wii for 2 days now!
Got it to keep myself off my butt during the long winter. I get plenty of cardio during the day, but the low impact wii stuff keeps me occupied well at night.
Anyway, now I really really want a DDR type game, Guitar hero, and some sort of online multiplayer game. Oh, and that sword game looks cool...
 Ohh, and wii fit too!!
I had better start putting $$ aside.

I got a Wii on the weekend, the last one! I also bought Mario Galaxy, Mario Kart and Godfather (for the boyfriend). I am really addicted to Mario Galaxy, its so much fun, it takes awhile to get use to the fact that you are upside down most of the time, but it is a blast!!
