heh.... Called my ebgames in Mississauga and they had 8 in and sold out in
30-1min. I was like... WOW... Even though Im waiting for my pre-order im trying to get my wii as fast as i can. So i check my Ebgames, Zellers, and The source(canada circuit city), and walmart. My mom goes to take a walk about 6-8 to around 9-10 am so she checks in the morning. Me and my dad goes to the stores right after lunch everyday. So Good luck to you all. Ill keep u dated.

EDIT: My ebgames are getting wiis on Jan.8 or Jan.9.

How do you know ur ebgames is gettin them on the 8th or 9? No ebgames store ever seems to know when they are getting a shipment.

Also does anyone know if best buy in St. Catharines is getting a shipment this friday?

MY ebgames are actaully nice lol... They tell me when to call back or when to come. And my mom lined up, because i was in school. She still didnt get it because there were lots of more students skipping school so ya. I live near a cool city. (mississauga)

The 2 ebgames in markham got there shipments yesterday morning. I'm still waiting to see what best buy futureshop walmart and toysrus are doing with this weeks shipment.

BestBuy Anjou (Quebec) recieved and sold 25 units yesterday afternoon.

I picked up my Wii yesterday a.m. from Best Buy in Mississauga (Heartland). I was told that they received 18 units. The funny thing is is that there was only three or four of us waiting as the doors opened!

A BB employee told me that they are no longer holding their shipments until Fridays. They now put them out the morning following receiving them (usually the previous evening).

My advice is to concentrate on your local BB store and hit them at opening. Chances are you'll get lucky if you do this a few mornings in a row.

Lucky. I went there last Friday to be turned down as the 26th person out of 25. If you hear word of any shipments from there, I'd be more than glad to know.

got my wii at 10:30 am yesterday at walmart!!!! They got 5 in, and there was 3 when i got there, and as i was waiting for an employee to open the case, 2 people walked up and waited behind me. I got my 360 at the same walmart last year when the demand was high for them too. Its funny because while searching for wiis yesterday I came across propably 30-50 PS3 and about 30-40 of them were 60 gig.

Just got my wii at toys r us in markville mall! the shipment just came in at 12:30. they got 10 in, they were selling so fast.

I don't know anything about how Future Shop work in Vancouver, but the one near me recieves Wii's from either Purolator or Fedex. Deliveries happen on random days I guess, but the timeframe is usually around noon to 13:30pm. Also, I was chatting with one of the employees and he told me that even when they recieved some wii's, they didn't put them 'on the floor', they waited for people to go and ask them about it. Walked in, told one of the employees that I had just seen a purolator truck pass by, so I asked him if he could check that shipment. No luck on Wii's, but had a ton on movies that were going to be on sale the next week. So you really have to ask them to check through the shipments.

Tell me about it, and I live in a dorm there so it's pretty much going to be impossible for me to go looking for one unless I hire someone.
