Depends, if you live in a populated area, you can go as early as 6hours before opening.. otherwise you can just drop by an hour earlier, possibly 20minutes. Like I said, it all depends where you live.

Lucky for me, I'll be able to go as soon as, or even AFTER it opens and probably still get one.
Vancouver to Vancouver Island is a pretty big jump. Population wise, anyways XD

Ok, the information I got yesterday said Best Buy in Kitchener will not be putting their Wii's on the shelf till the 18th and they have 100 available. Future Shop in Cambridge had 5 on Tuesday, I missed out. I have a friend at Futureshop Waterloo, he says as of now they dont know when they will have more. If I hear I'll post here. Good Luck to you.

Well, the best bets to getting a Wii would be Future Shop or Best Buy. I got mine from Zellers but i got someone's wii who put it on hold and never came for it. Check Best Buy and Future Shop's website daily and phone atleast one store of each every day and but no time you should get a Wii, thats what i did and it paid off.

i shouldn't say this but microsoft has a reserve list and you could probly get on for a small bribing price of 20-50 bucks

Hmm.. I'm having second thoughts about shipments coming in the 17th.. mainly because the Futureshop's in 'ssauga are telling me they don't know.

I called my local BestBuys today and they said they should be releasing them Friday!! Although they didn't confirm it 100% because well...they don't physically have the Wii's yet, but i trust that they will have them!
Gonna get there at around 3am, hope that'll be enough time? Think it will?

Just wondering, Can i get a wii if i come to my local TRU at 10 AM they open at 9 AM on that day... my city is of approx. 200 000 People :|

Am going to Markville Mall And/Or Loblaws
